What is stupid is assuming you know what happened. That is why we have investigations and trials and you must be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If the prosecutor thought he had enough evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt they would have begun the trial. Instead, the FBI admits they are still investigating. Why is that? Because they realize there are still questions that have not been answered and they don't have the answers to them, at least not yet.

Well they don't go to trial without the investigation being over first. That is why we are still asking questions. Until there is a trial and the killer is convicted by a jury of his peers to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt it is perfectly valid to ask questions and it is very suspicious if anyone doesn't want you asking questions.
