The strange ch-ch-changes

I'm not perfect but apparently I am indolent. There are things I could change, but I don't care enough to bother changing them.

When I do decide to change something though, I go through with it. I started biking to my job to trim down my stomach, because the alternatives were eat less food or get fatter and I hated both of them more than biking. I intentionally made a habit of putting all my pocket stuff in only one place, because I never want to have to search the whole house for my keys before I can leave.

There are things about me that it might be nice if they were changed, but apparently they are not important enough for me to change them because I haven't changed them yet. :geek:

I'd like to spend my time better than streaming old shows or browsing the internet. If I had anything I wanted to spend my time on badly enough I probably would have done so already. Though I do "waste" slightly less time now because my dog tends to whine at me if I ignore her in favor of the TV or computer for too long.

Not certain I understand. Are you talking about things you cannot realistically change but wish you could? Or is the focus on things it is reasonably possible to change?

In terms of the former, do I wish I were taller and more handsome? Resounding yes! Photographic memorable? That too! Play guitar like Eddie Van Halen? You got it!

From standpoint of latter, wish I would not spend so much time watching "The Munsters" re-runs or wish I would stop eating hostess cupcakes. it would also be nice if I did not make so many trips to McDonald's for breakfast in the morning.

On a more serious note, I really could work on improving my social skills or at the very least work towards feeling more comfortable in social settings.

Do they still have those breakfast burritos? I haven't seen the Munsters in years. Used to watch the Adam's Family too.

I dont know I dont really want to change...I want to transform. Or metamorphosise.
when you've reached your height limit all you can really do is continue to grow your hair and nails. Oh and your ears.

Man, I WISH that was all that kept growing!

I am. I've always struggled with my weight, I've spent the last year working on it and will continue to do so. Also...working on not letting my fear of failure keep me from doing things.

I'm so proud of you!!

That’s awesome! Do you have help? Most people who have had life long struggles are missing something basic but important. If you’re interested I could give you a few game changing tips that most people don’t even consider. You should know this regardless of whether or not you ask. The most overlooked thing is iodine. Metabolism is regulated by thyroxine a hormone produced by the thyroid. Thyroxine is made with iodine. Long ago people would get goitres because they lacked iodine. They started to add it to salt, because it was such a common ingredient. This became “table salt”. Most people are avoiding over salting these days. When they do add salt it might be rock salt in a grinder or sea salt, both lacking iodine. I eat two snack packs of seaweed (naturally a huge source of iodine) a week to keep my energy up and the weight down. At 45 years old I don’t struggle to maintain twelve pack abs. Serious game changer! Be blessed.
