Ok,ok..I know I haven't been a member of the CC group that long,but one thing I've noticed is a refreshing blend of opinions floating around...many from the ladies. Married,single,divorced,widowed..you've all blessed me in some way shape or for since I've been a member. Even a few of you that sort of get under my skin with some of the things you might say...it's still a good thing & I thank God for you. You all have amazing things to offer. Seems as of late I've seen a bit of gal bashing going on..or maybe just a bit of christian women should be this & that & the other thing. Maybe it's true. God's not done with any of us yet. We men have a ton to learn. About the ways of Christ...about how to treat you ladies,about how to heal & grow. I just wanted to say kudos to all the ladies I've semi come in contact with thus far..even if yer' not on my buddies list. I enjoy reading your posts & am amazed & blessed by how open & candid many of you are when revealing what God has done & is doing in your lives. Some of you have shared some deep horrific pain,sorrow & tragedy...but you all keep or try to keep your focus on God and that's all that matters. TY for blessing me a bit each day. I'm sure I speak for many of the other dudes in the CC forum as well when I say YOU CHICKS ROCK!

All I know is. in a few short days I have posted over 200 times.

most places it takes me a year to get that number.

not sure if good thing or bad...

I'll give you credit. ;) Not that I'm publishing it, it's just...it's a good reminder. I don't want to derail the thread too much, but I like how you phrased it. Destruction can be painful and messy but in the end, destroying our flaws is good.

too sweet of you Powemm...I'm still not gonna buy you that loaded Hummer you want.LOL
I was also thinking...many men are so busy complimenting women on how they look or present themselves,but forget so many time what they bring to the table mentally. One thing I loved about my ex-wife was that in so many ways she was different from me...areas I was weak she was strong in. I have talked to many christian dudes over the years & it seems like they are intimidated by christian women who have "strengths"...even more so if they are stronger in areas they are weak in. I think that awesome,personally! It's like a great balance God is bringing into your life. I mean,if yer'called to be married...how awesome will it be to have God bring you a woman who compliments you..takes up the slack where you are weak...she will truly be your helper. How is that not super sweet???? Seems like a lot of men find this intimidating or makes them feel like they are not doing their role as a man. You women bring so much to the table...a different perspective,which men need (at least I need)...and lot's of heartfelt wisdom. Ok..shooshing now...blah blah blah.:)
