Where do you find in scriptures where God changed His mind about under what condition we could go to Jesus any hour of our mortal life, forsaking Him, putting your cross down and walking away in supposed safety, then clutching onto the flesh life again to the end with a momentary change of mind, then expecting to reconciled in spite of His Way?
Men's religions think that way, but it doesn't come from Jesus. Forsake mere religion, a substitute for the relationship Christ died for and rose again to give us.
I believe union contract between same sex is more than friend. If 2 individual want to be a friend, it more like marriage

Far more important would be their relationship with the Lord.
Are they sodomite in the heart or have they received the reconciliation of grace through the blood of Christ?

I agree, that is the last accounting they would face. But, in particular sexual sinners who pose as Christians, are accountable to the Church in this life.

Open sin, even if imaginary yet revealed to believers as a chosen attitude, is not to be tolerated. Such people must be counted as heathen, and if they persist in evil promotion of sin, outcasts, disqualified. Light and darkness can't coexist in the heart of man. If light, the whole is lit. If what comes out of the mouth reveals inner darkness from the heart, whether practiced or not, that person ought not hold any leadership position, never a teacher.
Even if there is profession of repentance there ought to be a respectable testing period full of being mentored and counseled, before consideration of ministry. My long time denomination would require a 10 year gap in ministry until peers are convinced of true repentance of any sexual sin, especially concerning contact with children.
The man repented and was readmitted into fellowship as recorded in chapter 7. None of that had to do with the Church softening up on sin.
You ignore the parable of the workers in the field and the Holy Thief. Some come in the final hours of their lives. Maybe even in the final seconds. Do you doubt God's forgiveness? Do you doubt His power? You are the legalist here. You are the one who condemns men to Hell, proclaiming that they must be perfect before entering the grace of our Father in Heaven (even though that grace comes from Him and is His to dispense).
If the sinners sin is under the blood of Christ then it is all covered. There is no partial salvation. There is no purgatory to complete the job of reconciliation.

That's not what is being discussed. What is being discussed is whether a homosexual can live his entire life in rebellion, then mere moments before death, recognize what is about to happen, cry out and be saved? I say yes, because that is very much what I see in the parable of the workers of the field, and God knows the hearts of all men truly, knows the full intention and all the what if's.
In theory that is true. In reality a man can only cry out to God for salvation when the Holy Spirit draws him. It would be my contention that men in the situation you describe will callout to God not for salvation but for another breath of life.

Hell is plumb full of folks who cried out to be saved from death and not from their sin. The demons cried out to Jesus to be spared and allowed into the swine.

The church is full of non-Christians worshipping God. Worshipping but not according to knowledge. Worshipping according to the vain image they have created in their heart. Romans 1:21-25.

If you wanted to create a religion that almost everyone would love, how would you do it? Perhaps you would change your faith to make it more appealing to a modern world that is changing at blinding speed. Perhaps you would indicate that you are willing to become more “mainstream” on hot button issues such as gay rights. Perhaps you would invite leaders of other religions from all over the planet to come visit you and make it clear that you consider all of those religions to be valid as well.
And all of that “unscientific stuff” about God creating the world in six days and creating mankind out of the dust of the Earth? Well, all of that is just going to have to be thrown out. If all of this sounds vaguely familiar to you, that is because this is exactly what Pope Francis has been doing.
To say that Pope Francis is an extremely popular pontiff would be a massive understatement. He was showered with praise by media outlets all over the globe when he responded to a question about homosexuality with the following phrase: “Who am I to judge?” From the earliest days of his papacy, he has been visited by an endless stream of religious dignitaries from all over the planet, and they all seem to have nothing but good things to say about him. At this point, even most Muslims seem to love this Pope. Earlier this year, Pope Francis took the unprecedented step of authorizing “Islamic prayers and readings from the Quran” at the Vatican for the first time ever. This Pope seems to have a sixth sense for making the right public relations moves, and he appears to be destined to become one of the most loved popes ever.
This week, Pope Francis is making headlines all over the world for publicly embracing the Big Bang and the theory of evolution. The following are some of the Pope’s statements that are popping up in newspapers worldwide…
-“When we read about Creation in Genesis, we run the risk of imagining God was a magician, with a magic wand able to do everything. But that is not so.”
-“The Big Bang, which today we hold to be the origin of the world, does not contradict the intervention of the divine creator but, rather, requires it.”
-“Evolution in nature is not inconsistent with the notion of creation, because evolution requires the creation of beings that evolve.”
And not only has the Catholic Church eagerly embraced these theories, there are also several prominent Catholic theologians that are now fully condemning the idea of a “young Earth” and the idea that God created man in a single day.
In fact, the head of the Vatican Observatory says that such notions are “almost blasphemous theology”…
As previously reported, earlier this month, Guy Consolmagno with the Vatican Observatory told Australia’s Fairfax Media that young earth creation beliefs are nearly tantamount to blasphemy.
“It’s almost blasphemous theology,” Consolmagno alleged, according to the Brisbane Times. “It’s certainly not the tradition of Catholicism and never has been and it misunderstands what the Bible is and it misunderstands what science is.”
Really?
Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
2 Timothy 4:1-4 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

I tell you what, my jaw dropped when I saw the first quote you put up there, “When we read about Creation in Genesis, we run the risk of imagining God was a magician, with a magic wand able to do everything. But that is not so.”
I was like, Really? Does this not seem like a blatantly blasphemous statement to anyone else? I posted it in the discussion yesterday and no one even committed on it. I find that much more troubling than any of the big bang/evolution statements.
"But that is not so", I say that is very so, my God can do anything although He doesn't need a wand He just speaks it into existence.
