if you have death penalty for killing

if someone executes a person with circumstantial evidence and the person executed turns out to be without guilt
who shall execute the person then responsible for executing the innocent, eh?
 
so if nine of them are murderers it is OK to kill one innocent? sat that to your Lord when you meet Him face to face...

You said the majority of the people are guilty who are executed which means some are innocent which are executed. It made it sound like that as long as most of the people were guilty its ok.
