Not really, I mean most people wouldn't leave home if they have diarrhea, where as peeing in the pool is a sign of lazyness if you know you gotta pee, you get out and go to the bathroom.

Well the exception would be someone with a bladder infection or some other medical condition, but if you do know you have a medical condition that prohibits your control over your bowl movements you shouldn't be in a pool anyway out of common courtesy.
