Today I was scraping the bottom of the coin jars for change, and I got exactly $18.00 in a combination of dimes, quarters, loonie and toonies. I was going to go to subway for dinner, but decided I wanted torquitos from the local Circle K convenience store.
I get their and I am standing behind a guy with 3 torquitos, a sandwhich and a bottle of ginger ale. While I am waiting, the store clerk was in a panic because she had no change. I tried to tell her I had $18.00 in change, but I don't think she listened. (women go figure lol). So she pulls out a roll of change, the guy in front of me buys 2 packs of cigarettes and me I lay my change in front her before I lay down my purchase. Turns out the purchase came to $18.00 exactly.
