oh goosh! Took me a moment.
At first I thought "well yeah, the nurse is pretty old"
but then I was like "OH MY GOOSH! She shooting the needle into mom's boob!" :eek:
And then I realized it was just funny timing for a great optical illusion

Lol! I thought it was just an old biddy sticking the needle into the mom's boob. I thought she (the mom) must have been pretty tough not to have any expression (or was it one of those fake-jabs the politicians got, where the needle retracts rather than penetrating?) It was only when you posted that I realised it was optical illusion. :p
