In what way is it His will? And since the Gentiles did His will without the law, then those who were not of the chosen people of that dispensation were able to do what God’s law said. So how were they able to when or if they didn’t have the law, or if and when they were not in a relationship with God?
do you see Gods active will pricking the conscience of the unsaved m

Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. 15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.)

Those verses are only true of the Gentiles who had the law written upon their hearts. Since this is the promise of the new covenant, those who were able to do such things were saved. It is not so for unsaved Gentiles who are still dead in their trespasses and sins.

Interesting…so if those passages are referring to the New Testament, then there were Gentiles who were saved without the law [the New Covenant] written on their hearts? And they were able to show the New Covenant law written in their hearts without it?

my view is, There not saved in the passage I cited but they still do requirements of the law via God pricking there conscience.

It could be that they don't do the works for Gods intent and purpose but only for there own gain.

But still it's God pricking the conscience of the unsaved.

For those doing his works for the lords gain then yes it would likely lead to them being saved,

But in both instances his pricking of there conscience is his enabling grace to test there works in fire

So that the unsaved can choose to do good without being saved?
your not answering do you see the lord pricking the conscience of the unsaved

Right..so is He pricking the unsaved to do good?

no you've made statements of you're own opinions you not answering with Gods word
The word is "your", and I am not under any particular obligation to "answer with God's word". You asked a question with no parameters on the desired answer.

That's simple. Your assessment of me is wrong and I desire truth.
For God So loved the world.......

...Not for yours only, but for the whole world.....

...He died for all....

.....tasted death for everyone......

Equal privilege and equal opportunity for ALL....7 kids need this truth.

Do you always encourage people to ignore Gods word ?

Yes you do your track record of condemning Christians say you do.
You are not God's word. Your posts are not God's word. Putting you on ignore has nothing to do with anyone's response to God's word.

Moving the goalposts, I see.
I am not moving anything. I have never mentioned that natural man cannot do good things to benefit others. But, who gave you the right to determine that they are a natural man. Is it you that makes that decision or God?
Your problem is the fact that you ignore plain and simple Scripture - Now “every imagination of the thoughts of his heart are only evil” Gen 6:5. Then, throw out examples that you believe proves that the Scripture plainly stated cannot possibly be correct rather than take it at face value. Perhaps that is something that you should take up with God himself.

I cannot imagine anyone with a modicum of agape love in their heart not telling their 7 kids that they desperately need God's unspeakable gift of salvation that Christ bought with his own blood for all those who believe.
Huh. The God haters and totally depraved are deaf and blind to all your "attempts."

But it looks good on your resume?

I'm posting Gods word.

There's a difference

And it's not the only time you've said it's my word.

I've never said you was.

That's your assumption again

Romans 2:15 does not say the gentiles have the law written on their hearts. The verse is talking about the work of the law.

Romans 2:14-15 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another)

I believe all mankind has the work of the law written in the heart ... which is basically the conscience. I believe this is how mankind can know good and evil (Gen 3:22). That the conscience is so easily overridden by deceitful lusts is the problem.

Agree that having the work of the law written in the heart in an unsaved person means they are still dead in their trespasses and sins.

Once a person is born again, God starts writing His law upon the heart of the believer. the more of God's Word we know, the more He writes in our hearts and in our minds (Heb 10:16).

Where you post only quotations from Scripture, then it's God's word. If you add commentary, the commentary is not God's word. Still, ignoring your posts, even if they contain only Scripture, is not "ignoring God's word" because you are not the only conduit for God's word.
