Pelagianheretics.png

Pelagian heretics insist man is inherently good. From within the hearts of men come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, wickedness, deceit, debauchery, envy, slander, arrogance, and foolishness. Mark 7 verses 21-22 Every inclination of man's heart is evil from his youth. Genesis 8 verse 21b Who can bring out clean from unclean? No one! Job 14 verse 4 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Matthew 7 verse 18

From-John8-34-2-Peter2-19a-Gal4-8-Rom7-14-Eph2-3-Rom6-6.png

From: John 8 verse 34; 2 Peter 2 verse 19a; Galatians 4 verse 8; Romans 7 verse 14; Ephesians 2 verse 3b; Romans 6 verse 6 ~ “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin.” They are slaves of corruption. When you did not know God, you were enslaved to those that by nature are not gods. You were of the flesh, sold under sin. We were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. Our old self was crucified so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin.

The world cannot receive the Spirit of truth, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. The world does not recognize Him. No one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him. The one who loves God is known by God. If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The mind that is set on the flesh is hostile toward God; it does not submit to God's law, nor can it. Whoever is not from God does not listen to us.

Luke18-25-27.png

Luke 18 verses 25-27 (Matthew 19 verses 24-26, Mark 10 verses 25-27) “Indeed, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” Those who heard this asked, “Who then can be saved?” But Jesus said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”

What makes you think you know what living righteously is?

Many confuse living morally for living righteously.
Living righteously is a never ending process of growth until we die.
Why do you keep changing the subject? We're talking about free will.

Honestly Sis. Your mind is of the flesh. You are so focused on man and his flesh, that you cannot see the light of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is that darn freewill in us.
Bible tweet Barbie upset again? Do tell.
Must be complaining about all of the damage done by those pelagian heretics, FW liars and God haters......who have defeated and checkmated every single Calvinist in every skirmish, battle and war there ever was.

Thieme was spot on today in describing the psychology of the pseudo- intellectual. Bang on.

loving one another is foremost while we probe the unfathomable will and footsteps of God

God does not offer covenants to inanimate non living musical instruments.

to God, all live ;)

Acts 9:15
But the LORD said to Ananias,
Go! This man is My chosen instrument to proclaim My name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel.

Was that the "confidence in crisis" lectures? Characteristics of the pseudo-intellectuals.

to be fair why would this conversation exist 6k yrs later if the question really was settled lol

my best guess is it's not entirely unlike wave particle duality: depends on how you measure

so,

from an outside perspective looking in on others, it seems the most Christ-honoring view is perhaps that each man and woman freely chooses their own destiny.

but from an inside perspective looking at myself, if i was free to choose my own destiny i would with 100% certainty wind up damned. and i am 100% sure that is transferable to everyone.

Between McLaughlin, Chronister and Theime, one will never run out of top notch doctrine.

They are so good, the world tries its best to hide them.

But if one WANTS the truth, God will lead them to these spectacular teachers.

Here's 4:
Martyn Lloyd Jones
Al Martin
Alistair Begg
Philip De Courcy

Alistair Begg I am aware of, and have enjoyed some of his videos on Youtube.
The others are not what I would seek for my answers needed.... though Martyn Lloyd Jones appears to have a solid correct approach.

i've said many times here before i was saved i understood my salvation to be a path i chose and effected.

after i was saved i saw that God had controlled and ordained everything that led up to what i thought was my own decision.

i thought i was seeking Him, but He was Him that had sought me.

Nimrod/Orion is nothing compared to this Hunter. nothing escapes Him when He seeks it.

what do i know? both may as well be true.

If people went by Scripture, it would be settled. But these FWers are infamous for rewriting the many verses they don't like... if they have not already contradicted and/or outright denied them. Their theology has flesh accomplishing that which Scripture plainly says it cannot.

Flesh serves the law of sin. For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other. Nothing good lives in my flesh. Who can say, “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin”? Who can bring what is pure from the impure? No one! The flesh brings forth fruit unto death. Romans 7 v 25, Galatians 5 v 17, Romans 7 v 18, Proverbs 20 v 9, Job 14 v 4, Romans 7 v 5 (Romans 8 v 13 and James 1 v 15)
