When your post agrees with Scripture, then I will agree with your post.

your ineptitude in rightly dividing the Word of Truth is astounding.
.

Well, scripture says that we're also justified by grace. Connect the dots already. You FWers steadfastly claim that God bestows his grace upon each and every person on this planet, don't you? Then how can that GIFT of JUSTIFYING grace not save everyone!? You want your cake while you're also eating it!

Why aren't you also equally upset by others who repeat themselves from the opposite perspective? Shouldn't you likewise be annoyed with them? Seems a little inconsistent.

Then you agree. We should drop that particular subject and see if we can find life beyond our dogmatism.

That is not how God works. However, when He sets an event in motion the end result will be determined by Him, even before it takes place.
Eph 1:4

Exactly right! God not only causes all ends but all the intermediary/secondary causes necessary to fulfill those ends. Joseph, Pharaoh and Jesus are all great examples of this awesome truth.

Thanks be to Almighty God that He is the righteous Pilot of this universe, and man is merely his copilot.

Maybe they want us to start making up stuff like the free willers, open
theists, and Pelagian heretics do to prop up their self-exalting doctrine.

That would introduce some diversity from the plethora of Scriptures we offer up against their zero number of verses.

They are sick and tired of seeing the truth of Scriptures...

What is clear is that you should drop it if it triggers you. I'm already finding life in Christ. It's awesome.

eating cake

@Rufus banged out one verse of Exodus 4......and promptly fell flat on his face.

Somebody tell him that when the Bible says that God hardens a heart, it is a judgement of WALKING/TURNING AWAY and WITHHOLDING grace, truth and light.

It is reactionary.......for the most part.

The Bible indicates that both God and men are capable of doing it. But when God does it it is righteous. When we do it.....not so much

I agree that hardening hearts is a JUDICIAL action by God. I disagree that it's reactionary. If God in eternity had DETERMINED to save Pharaoh instead of predestining the king to be a mere common vessel, He would have never hardened his heart. Again, you have God's will being contingent upon sinful man's will, which is contrary to scripture. God does as he pleases in His universe.

Arminians see God’s love being exclusively for His people, and not for all, as a negative teaching. They have been trained and programmed to think that there is something wrong with God if He does not love everyone.

As babes they cannot handle the meat of the Word, just milk... and cake.

To FWers there seems to be virtually no spiritual difference between believers and unbelievers.
Yes... and for many months I have been saying they ascribe to the natural man qualities, characteristics, and abilities
possessed only by the spiritual man. They make no distinction, which shows they have zero discernment when it comes
to this matter. And to underscore and really highlight the far-reaching nature of their error, and how blinded they are to
what it actually means, some deny teaching that the flesh brings forth fruit unto life when Scripture says the exact
opposite. Well, the person without the Spirit lives by the flesh, and that is the person they have "choosing" to believe.
They have the flesh bringing forth the very thing Scripture says is impossible for the flesh to do.
The one opposed to the spiritual things of God, the God hater.

And, yet, we have very explicit scriptures that teach that God's love is conditional in nature. We have those four passage in John's gospel that I have often quoted or cited that clearly teach the nature of God's love. We have the Psalmist telling us plainly and clearly that God loves the righteous (Ps 146:8). Then we have David unequivocally qualifying God's love twice for us in Ps 103:11, 17). But FWers turn passages like these into big NothingBurgers because, according to them, God (an EOE) also loves just as much all the wicked in this world! God just has this huge love affair with human beings whose hearts are filled with evil! So...one is led to ask: What advantage do the righteous have over the wicked since God has always loved them and will always love them for all eternity? God loves the devil's children just as much as He does his own adopted children! Talk about absurd -- and how unrighteous that would make God!

Romans 9 verse 18; John 6 verse 44; John 6 verse 65; John 6 verse 37; John 6 verse63; Titus 3 verse5 ~ God has mercy on whom He wants to have mercy, and He hardens whom He wants to harden. No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. The Spirit gives life; the flesh profits nothing. He saved us because of His mercy, through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

1-Corinthians3-19-21a1-Corinthians1-19.png

1 Corinthians 3 v 19-21a, 1 Corinthians 1 v 19 ~ The wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness.” And again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.” Therefore, stop boasting in men. For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”

If there's one thing FWers excel at it is BOASTING IN MEN -- their "freewill".

Moses makes a choice. Like all choices, there are a multitude of factors that impunge upon the choice. One of those factors is the nature of an individual. The fact that there are multiple factors affecting choices reveals that the will isn't free.

The engine that drives all man's decisions are his desires! This is why the Fear of the Lord is a vitally important spiritual gift, for it flushes the old out to make room for new, godly desires.

Have fun with your manipulative game playing.

Enjoy!

As the old adage goes: "You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink it."
