Why did he give you grace to tell the truth

Could it be when you had free will the truth was not in you

And when he gave you grace to tell the truth did you ever lie

And when you lied what grace did he give you then

And when you told the truth was it by his grace or yours
I have already explained ... when someone lies and repents of lying, turns to God and confesses the sin, God is faithful and just to forgive ... this is God's mercy.

Grace is God giving to us what we don't deserve.

Mercy is God not giving to us what we do deserve.

.

Mercy and grace work together.
Mercy came first then grace.

Grace is God opening the door to heaven that we cannot open on our own, and mercy is Him closing the door to hell that we deserve as the only door to walk through.

In Gods eye his mercy is his mercy, fullstop

And his grace is his grace full stop .

Here those Calvie bells ringing 😊

Ok so are you saying like a rank structure? Like you go to heaven but you are the guy who mows the grass vs a general in the army? For example title blotted out vs title not blotted out.

Jesus is going to reign over all life after this is all over with.
He wants to have believers that matured to fill positions in His reign as King of kings.

Here is one example of Jesus offering rank to believers in His kingdom.

To him who overcomes, I will grant to sit with Me on My throne,
as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
Revelation 3:21

Keep in mind...
To reign with Christ will be the Lord sharing with certain believers in a very close and special relationship.

To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give
authority over the nations— that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter
and will dash them to pieces like pottery’—just as I have received authority
from my Father. I will also give that one the morning star.
Revelation 2:26-28
It is going to be very real when it happens.

Grace will make the one so chosen to be able to understand everything that will be needed to be known to function in such a way with, and for, the Lord.

grace and peace ......

Hear these Calvie bells ringing

your forgetting you have to be chosen to be chosen to do his will untill the end ,

The morning star that rises in the heart is a prophecy unto all men, who would be chosen to be saved to the one who will do his will until the end

you may not be seeing the prophecy, and what many see is you only have to do his will and choose to.

It's talking to his chosen by prophecy.

First comes mercy then comes elegance

See Deut 29:4 for one answer.
What about it? That actually opens up a whole new can of worms for your Calvinism. So, let me see if I get this straight…God eternally decreed people not to have hearts to understand or eyes and ears to not see or listen, yet gets angry when they are simply following His eternal decree in what He has given them? And if He eternally decreed them to do those abomination, then did He also eternally decree those things not to come into His mind or command them, when at the same time He eternally decreed those things, per true and faithful Calvinism?

True Calvinism claims God eternally decrees all events, including human actions.

Yet, scripture clearly says God did not command nor put into His mind the abominations of Israel and Judah (Jer. 32:35).

Therefore, if Calvinism were true, God would be both the author and non-author of sin at the same time, which violates His holiness and the law of non-contradiction. It makes God contradict Himself, which is inherently heretical.
