You know for the record....I hate no one on this site, I may come across as angry, or brash or a little mouthy once in a while, but at the end of the day it is because I despise religions that embellish the word of God to peddle error.....if the word supernatural needed to be connected to faith, God would have inspired it.....men constantly "remove and or move" the ancient landmarks that have been set.........always pushing the envelope to skew the word to say something it does not say....to embellish the word with extra words is to do the same thing the snake did in the Garden.....time is short and hell enlarges itself without measure as 10's of thousands of souls pour into it every day while men/false religions tilt the word in favor of their religious creed while rejecting the simplicity found in Christ.

It penetrates,how can His word penetrate,if it’s not alive and active?

I think the word supernatural is used....because God’s word is alive and active.
Same as faith....it’s not dead,it’s alive and active...

I have found many believe that God exists in their head....but his word has not penetrated their heart.

I could explain the difference between the natural mans "faith" and the "gift of faith", which is supernatural but what would be the point. You write much but little is of Scripture teachings. You think you know much but most is foolishness before God. You are likened to this person: 2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. I know this sounds harsh on my part but sooner or later it has to be said.

Even a learned person, should be able to distinguish between the things we obtain in our natural birth and the things needed to equip one as a believer.

I agree the gift of faith is super natural...His word is alive and active,another word for supernatural..imo,

Without that gift of supernatural faith,which is alive and active....you could never understand the bible.
On saying that.....I knew I was born again,when God quickened me,but he never opened up scripture to me for a long time.

He was working in other areas of my life that needed addressing,as they were destroying me..long story,...he has healed my broken heart ....in amazing ways.......you will understand what I am saying,as you have been born of the Spirit.
A journey as an adopted child of God is amazing......

A few more thoughts.....if God’s word doesn’t penetrate your heart....how would you know that you are born again,His Child......His word is alive and active and must penetrate that heart of a believer,without that....you wouldn’t know that .

Amen! This is expressly why it is not all about man. The Father has a plan for the Son He Loves. An Eternal gift of Love. A bride, that will love Him and Praise Him forever. That Bride is made up of true believers, the universal assembly, which is the body of Christ. The Father would have never left such a precious gift, to the whims and fantasies of men. He would have assured it's completion and that it will be a perfect representation of His love for the Son. Some of us, just happened to be included. Very humbling.

You've made some statements in your "testimony" that raise red flags, especially as far as it appears that hearing the gospel, confessing and believing it only part after the fact if they ever do. The gospel message is that those who have ears to hear will hear, confess, and believe. It's the same for all though the specifics vary. There is but one Gate through which the sheep pass.

Your statements seem to be linking your salvation with someone declaring you are saved without any such confession and belief. Just a vision that told you you were saved. So I see major red flags and am concerned you have convinced yourself, coming so close to the truth but not quite reaching it.

And if your supporters read your statements I don't see how they couldn't see red flags, and if they cared for you I don't see how they couldn't address it with you. Yet for their doctrine they remain silent. I don’t heed anything you say...you don’t understand my saving,and you don’t need to.

My saving was “amazing “...you never had that saving,so would be impossible for you to relate.

As for you,no disrespect,I see no life in your words,in other words,nothing of the Spirit of God.

Speak all you want, what you preach is not in the scripture... no one is saved apart from hearing the Gospel and exercising individual faith.
And no that faith is not supernatural there are no adjectives like that in front of the word in scripture.
Faith is faith ....and it is the object of our faith that saves >> Christ Jesus. ...and this glorifies God.
