Healthy Beverages, Ounces of Prevention

Diet drinks are recommended by Drs, nursing facilities and dieticians. That only demonstrates how lousy the health care system is.
Aspartame is a neurotoxin/ brain and nerve poison. It converts to wood alcohol. At some point the body can't eliminate it enough and it does organ damage. He should stay completely away from all soft drinks, and really anything but pure water. Nursing homes are provided liquid poisons from Abbott Laboratories. The most common beverage of choice for nursing home residents besides soda pop and milk is Ensure.

None of the beverages in most health care facilities are beneficial for recovery. I was reminded of this when making hospital and nursing home visits yesterday.

The ounces of prevention at home mean a lot more than the tons of so called cures at the medical facilities.

Everyone should stay completely away from all soft drinks and sugary cooking oil beverages you see in hospitals . This is where they want me to put the disclaimer. Here is my disclaimer.......the vast majority of Medical Drs I've talked to about this subject know Jack squat about healthy beverages. I would run, not walk to the nearest exit when they push this most essential and basic health care practice that they can't help but mess up!

All of you dirty dieticians and Medical Drs who provide such discussing drinks to your patients......

I appreciate your perspective.
I think your saying is apt to many risks. There was a hazard just walking through the men's room today. There was something wrong with the soap dispenser that has apparently spilled a puddle on the floor in front of the sink. Tracking that through the public area could cause a slip and fall. I was in a hurry earlier, so I'll call to report it now.

Are you saying that fermentation byproduct from fructose is the same as that of aspartame?

When the president of a hospital sat next to me years ago we had these discussions about saccharin. He was a fan and it didn't bother me what he added to his coffee. We shared what information we read in a couple lab rat studies.

However, when dementia became an issue in my family, it became a grave concern. I already knew it's production history and publications of the claims of it being an excitotoxin and neurotoxin.
My warnings fell on deaf ears due to the addictive nature of aspartame and years of convincing propaganda from the corporations, us government & medical industries.
I was told that they wouldn't sell it in the store if it were harmful.

Aspartame is a neurotoxin/ brain and nerve poison. It converts to wood alcohol. At some point the body can't eliminate it enough and it does organ damage.
The ingredients of aspartame includeTrusted Source aspartic acid and phenylalanine. Both are naturally occurring amino acids — also know as the “building blocks” of proteins. Aspartic acid is produced naturally by your body, and phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that you get from food.

When your body processes aspartame, part of it is broken down into methanol. Consumption of fruit, fruit juice, fermented beverages, and some vegetables also contain or result in methanol production.
A 2015 study suggests that aspartame was the largest source of methanol in the American diet. Methanol is toxic in large quantities, yet smaller amounts may also be concerning when combined with free methanol because of enhanced absorption. Free methanol is present in some foods and is also created when aspartame is heated. Free methanol consumed regularly may be a problem because it breaks downTrusted Source into formaldehyde, a known carcinogen and neurotoxin, in the body.
However, scientists and expert regulatory groups caution against making overgeneralized conclusions about the relationship between aspartame intake, methanol and formaldehyde production in the body, and consequences for health.

For example, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and Food and Drug AdministrationTrusted Source (FDA) note that that dietary exposure to methanol and formaldehyde produced from ingesting aspartame does not pose a safety concern. Other researchers note that consuming tomato juice could result in 6 times greater methanol production than the aspartame used in zero sugar sodas.

https://www.healthline.com/health/aspartame-side-effects#what-is-it

It appears to me that there is nothing conclusive about aspertame causing issues, though I'd say that everything probably affects a small percentage of humankind in a negative way... such is life. If I had to choose between the alleged dangers of aspertame and the alleged dangers of tomato juice, I'd go with aspertame...

I was asked to conduct funerals of those poisoned by aspartame.

Most things taken to excess are harmful. Sugar is terrible for health and teeth. Too much caffeine can give you heart palpitations. And yes, fructose breaks down in the body to methanol as well as other components.

God has given us an amazing body. It is self repairing, can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, ingest all kinds of foods and liquids. It has limits, yes.

Aspartame is possibly a health risk, but if you ingest enough to be a problem, you are taking to much of whatever the aspartame is in. Unless, of course, you eat the stuff by the spoonful.

Several physicians decided that their patients meant enough to follow up and look into the issue. I introduced a friend to Russell Blaylock and he benefitted from the association and application of his book and articles.

The lecture is on excitotoxins, of which monosodium glutamate is one of the most widely consumed. Aspartame is consumed daily by addicts . Anyone who works with people who have health challenges should know that their aspartame addictions are killing them slowly.

The hospital beverages push compromised patients over the edge of the cliff while the staff, the hospital investors, insurance companies, dieticians all profit. It's a shameful thing to see.

I don't think you are aware that American hospitals make sure heart patients are served coffee.
They provide high risk diets to diabetics too. The cheapest Sugars and oxidized seed oils are the standard fare for the elderly and immune compromised.

I just visited a patient yesterday that an infectious disease Dr requires a $300/dose antibiotic for 6-8 weeks! He is provided food and beverages that a dog should not eat or drink while under their direct care. He's going home tomorrow and told he must come up with the money over and above what insurance covers....out of pocket ca$h. Absolutely Nothing showed up on his culture.
He has him on IV vancomycin for 8 days and suspects an infection that is MRSA in spite of no inflammation, isolation or symptomatology.

At a nursing home, the dementia residents are fed high inflammatory diets consisting of diet beverages and the garbage from Abbott Labs.
We need to lead these poor people to Christ, my friend, before they are gone forever.

I would suggest that the alleged poisoning by aspertame is inconclusive.

There is a good chance that I've experienced heart failure from the COVID shots, but I'll never know for certain that that was/is the cause of the heart failure, which doesn't run in my family, BTW.

All due respect, you spent as much time with my patients and clients as you did copying and pasting from Wikipedia.

For you my evidence carries absolutely no reason for veracity. It doesn't matter to me or to them. What does matter is the fact that God provided me a healing protocol by which the dementia reversed.
That's something that the pharmaceutical companies and all the arrogant medical doctors at my local West Virginia hospitals do not do.
Just because they do not see it happening in their experiences doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

That's seriously concerning that you have chf. I have helped heart patients with a good book on that.
Are you going to take the Fauci boosters just in case he and mainstream media are right?

So true! I wish more people realized this!

Look at the nutrition facts on the back of a sugary drink and do some math. There are 4 grams of sugar in a teaspoon. And many more times it's high fructose corn syrup which is worse than cane or beet sugar.

Drinks go to your bloodstream faster because of the lack of fiber, which makes the sugary ones so much more impactful on your glycemic levels.

That sudden insulin reaction does a lot of damage over time. You are right, if people would avoid or overcome addictions to those beverages, they would likely avoid a lot of serious health problems.

You bring up the next sub topic I was planning to share . I started with aspartame aka NutraSweet.
Your comment is the perfect Segway to the other most common sweeteners and ingredients in soda pop.
In West Virginia we call it Pop.
What do you call it further south if it's a soft drink?

Thanks, that will help us all translate and know what we are all talking about. Lol

Growing up,my Dad had 2 antique Coke machines in his shop. Now they did have RC Cola, Dr. Pepper and the whole selection. The cool thing is that these were two of the only machines in the county besides a slide top cooler at a retro gas station.
The CokaCola plant was down the road less than a mile. They had limited runs for the few antique machines that had little 12(?) oz antique bottles.
I have a little place in my heart for that treat that I might get once or twice a month in the summers.

My problem is that the beverage industries have made their drinks very addictive and far more harmful.
When someone is going through the ordeal of riding an electronic cart, it hurts when I see the cases of pop hanging from the sides of the basket.
If I could somehow help them make the switch to water, they would see a beautiful transformation.
