One of the beautiful arts....He's an artist.
One performance the art was used in a major production. Lucy Liu drinks water. Guess what the paramilitary thugs drink? Soda and wine coolers.

Healthy Beverages, Ounces of Prevention
Diet drinks are recommended by Drs, nursing facilities and dieticians. That only demonstrates how lousy the health care system is.
Aspartame is a neurotoxin/ brain and nerve poison. It converts to wood alcohol. At some point the body can't eliminate it enough and it does organ damage. He should stay completely away from all soft drinks, and really anything but pure water. Nursing homes are provided liquid poisons from Abbott Laboratories. The most common beverage of choice for nursing home residents besides soda pop and milk is Ensure.
None of the beverages in most health care facilities are beneficial for recovery. I was reminded of this when making hospital and nursing home visits yesterday.
The ounces of prevention at home mean a lot more than the tons of so called cures at the medical facilities.
brominated vegetable oil is another dangerous ingredient in soda pop, friut drinks and other assorted beverages.
You aren't kidding.
Bromine is used in everything now,. Even in bread. It's a cheap preservative.
They used to use iodine in bread dough instead. That's something we all need anyway.
When they use a bromide compound in oil, it magnifies the toxicity doesn't it?
One beverage I enjoy is organic coffee.brominated vegetable oil is another dangerous ingredient in soda pop, friut drinks and other assorted beverages.

Since you mentioned it, it got me wondering why the vegetable oil is added to soda pop. I'm guessing that it's a flavor extender. For instance, high fat milk tastes so much better than skim because it has a better and richer flavor. The fat coats your mouth and tastes great, while the other is more like a flavored water.
However their vegetable oil causes severe oxidative stress and accelerated aging. Avoid vegetable oil and you'll continue to look like a 12 year old. Lol.
When I had coffee this morning, I added fresh ginger slices and a high quality MCT oil. It stands for medium chain triglyceride. It is a healthy fraction of coconut oil that provides nourishment for brain repair and maintenance. It really turns my good coffee into very very good coffee.
I didn't get any exercise today. I better get in a couple miles before it's too late.

Well, I was successful in saying "no"Just jumping in to share that I've been soda free for almost 3 weeks now
I made some green tea this morning, but I really, REALLY want to run into the gas station for a fountain drink (even just a small one, I'm about to run an errand and be right by the place) I keep telling myself "One small drink isn't going to hurt, is it?" but I know I'm too weak in this area to stop at just one... and then later today or tomorrow it would be just 1 more in a bigger size, followed by another in an even bigger/biggest size...
I don't want to get stuck in that cycle again. My longest time frame without those fountain drinks has been 30-32 days.
Usually the first day or 2 is rough, but this time those days were easy. Right now, the past week or so has been tough! Not like I'm really craving it (maybe just a little still) More like rough in the sense of a toddler being told 'no, you can't have that' and wanting to burst out into tantrum/tears.
I'm not just doing it for myself, I can't require healthy choices in/for my kids if I'm not doing it myself. And I know that even if I sneak over and get a drink, and don't bring home the evidence that it's still going to throw my body out of wack.
