He is talking about making 100,000 robots next year and 1,000,000 robots the following year, 10,000,000 robots in 2028 and 100,000,000 in 2029. But here is the cool thing, once they have trained one robot to do the job they don't need to train anymore, every robot that comes off the assembly line will be fully trained to work in this factory, so the robots will make the robots! Think how much time and money would go into training workers to do all this manufacturing over the next few years! That is just one of the savings of using robots instead. Also the robots will cost 20k and could last for five or ten years! Imagine a factory worker trying to compete with a robot that works four shifts per week and costs the company less than 4k a year. That would be like making 1k a year for a forty hour a week work schedule!
Yep, they will definitely be bringing manufacturing back to the US over the next four years, but not manufacturing jobs, at least not for humans.

No one is complaining about this stuff. We are rejoicing and praising God for the fulfillment of His prophecies. We are saying that God alone tells the end from the beginning. The message is not "hooray for the Beast system", no, the message is "You were told this would happen, you were given the opportunity to take Jesus as your savior, time is running out, so make your choice and then you will need to live with it for all eternity."
We didn't vote for this, God proclaimed it. Kamala was not running on a platform to "save us from AI". So your post shows you are simply in denial.
The US began to dive full speed into AI after 911. By the 2024 election this was all set in stone.

The first AI tested in programming scored as the top 1 millionth programmer.
The second AI tested was the top ten thousandth (putting it in the top 10% of US programmers).
The latest AI tested in December is the top 175th best programmer (putting it in the top 0.1% of programmers in the US, better than 99.9% of programmers in the US and cheaper than 100% of them).
Now consider how far this has come in two years and ask yourself where will it be in six months? How about in 1 year?
The second question you should ask yourself is if any college graduate would score in the top 175? If not, why would you hire any more college graduates?
Third question I would ask is, if a programmer is not in the top 175 after ten years of working on the job, why would you keep them? Their is no way they can improve at the rate that AI is improving.
Fourth question, there are 139,000 computer programmers in the US. We could fire 99% of them today and still AI would be better than 90% of those that remain. So then, are we going to be looking at mass layoffs of computer programmers this year?
I have a good memory. Just a couple years ago you all were saying Elon is the Antichrist and was trying to turn people into cyborgs. But now he's cool because the great orange one hired him
Do not paint me with your broad brush. I never said he was the antichrist and I have never said he is cool. My position for over a year has been that he is the forerunner to the antichrist making his way straight to implement the mark of the beast.
I can foresee the day when anyone who wants a job will have to have the neuralink chip in the brain.

Elon Musk is a key player in the mark of the Beast, I see no reason to "trust him". If you want to sell the Mark of the Beast you need the Evangelical Christians in this country. So you do an interview on Babylon Bee and you come to the rescue of the MAGA by buying Twitter. Pick a fight with AOC and Hillary Clinton and Pelosi. He has one goal sell the mark of the beast and if possible he will deceive the elect.
This is not calling him the Antichrist, people who are superficial with the Bible assume everyone in the Antichrist government is the Antichrist. This is the forerunner, the guy who paves the way and makes his way smooth and his paths straight.

So for more than two years my position on Elon Musk has not changed.
There is no way to cut the US budget without someone who is willing to cut deep and audit everything, and who knows who can be replaced by AI.
It is what it is. I do not fight against God. He said this would be the case, and it is so.
My job is simply to pray for peace and righteousness.
My opinion is that what you and others say will never happen.
I spent my life working for a national food retailer.
I remember when the first scanners were put in the stores.
There was a lot of talk about the cost saving and how so much labor cost would be saved.
Most stores lost 2 members of the stock crew because the cans no longer needed to be marked with a price.
But they were replaced with 2 people who had to change the shelf tags each time a price changed and to continuously make sure all tags were correct and in place. These 2 were paid more than the 2 people they replaced. It was also necessary to began a new division of computer experts to repair and program this new equipment.
Is short, this new system created more jobs and a higher payroll.
AI will do the same. Replace lower paying jobs with higher paying jobs.
And it is not a part of the end times beast system.

That is an interesting anecdote. I have another interesting anecdote, after 3D printers came along companies began moving their manufacturing out of China, for Example Adidas now makes shoes in Atlanta. You order the shoes you want and once the order is made the shoes are printed out and then shipped to you. They cut out all the middle men. It is faster, cheaper and better for the customer. The 3d printer completely replaced all the Chinese workers. As a result China is in the midst of a horrific depression. I have been monitoring this depression and posting news items on it for over a year in the thread "The Greatest Depression".
It is true that the jobs replaced by robots and smart machines have only minimally impacted the US, but Asia has been hit very hard. Likewise, AI being used for customer service is not really impacting the US either, at least not yet, but India is being hit hard.
However, it is now clear that all the tech companies are laying off workers in greater numbers at the same time that AI is seen to be performing better than 99% of coders. Granted, coding is not everything that Software engineers do, but if they can replace 50% of their workers with AI it will have a huge impact. Likewise, DOGE and Trump are laying off Federal workers in mass, why? Because they can replace them with AI.
Well the people who would have the best access to all the evidence are the ones pumping hundreds of billions of dollars into it. I was a stock broker and one of our sayings was that "people lie, the money doesn't lie"
This is not just in the US, it is also China, Israel, Taiwan, Russia, Iran, and others.
