wolfwint, I've been listening to Vance's speech, and watching news about it, but I don't really see where he outright endorses AFD or tells his listeners to vote for them. Maybe I'm missing it. Do you have a source that shows clearly where he does what you're saying he did?
The day before, he made a speech at Dachau and said we must insure that it never happens again. It doesn't make a lot of sense that the next day he'd make a speech and say people should vote for a group who are sympathetic to Nazis. Is he just not aware that AFD is sympathetic to Nazis? Why else would he do that?

There are millions of LEGAL immigrants and visitors to the US who were treated with hospitality by the previous Trump administration, and are being treated hospitably now. The legal poor have also received better care from the former and present Trump administrations than they have ever received from the Democrats. It is not biblical to aid and abet lawbreakers. Can you show where that is encouraged in the Bible?
I think that was the point of his gesture. For too long, people have been worried about anything remotely associated with Nazis and Hitler, including salutes, symbols, names and even nationalities. The amount of racism German people still endure today because of that short period in history is tragic. Hitler's short regime ended well over 80 years ago, and the crimes of the Nazis have long been paid for. We have today worse criminals than those Nazis, who are still walking about free, inciting even worse genocide and obtaining pardons and protections from prosecution from sitting presidents (and often claiming everyone else to be Nazis!) This is what we should be watching out for and aware of - those who would unjustly harm other human beings for illicit gain or political reasons, not some harmless gestures or benign symbols.

It’s true I did not read all 96 policy positions by AFD. Nor am I totally familiar with them. But I did read the first 3 or 4 pages, and I know how the left lies.
It’s their natural language.
So I greatly suspect AFD are on balance far superior to any other German party.
The satanic left wouldn’t be squealing so loudly if their platform was pro Muslim immigrant, pro lgbtq… pro EU bloated bureaucracy.
They seem to be very close to what the MAJORITY of Americans just voted for.
