And we are. We should not be limited to hire someone just for their sex, gender or color.

Why would I be required to hire an unqualified white person when I have already found a person of color that is qualified?

I agree fully with you.
 
DEI was a backdoor way to destroy healthy competitiveness and survival.
Competitiveness that ends up having the best one for the job in that position.

Who would want to impose such a pseudo righteous cause as DEI?
An enemy who competes against you.

The chance to compete for the position should be given.
Anyone can compete in a fair society.

Look at the Muslim fiasco now going on in England.
Not all people and beliefs are equal in what they produce.

There have been moments.
But it will always seem unfair to those who do not qualify for what they crave and covet.

The only fair society is one that lasts while it makes the Lord their God.
They will come and go.
Each generation makes its own bed to sleep in, with, or without, God.


When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice;
But when the wicked rule, the people groan and sigh.

Biblically, the word righteousness and justice, according to its context, could be used interchangeably.

Another legitimate rendering can read as follows.


When justice rules a nation, everyone is glad;
when injustice rules, everyone groans.

I think still the idea of DEI is good. The executive/working out of DEI is not as it should be.

Exactly, everyone has the right to try and work hard and succeed. Most of the billionaires in the US are self made, they worked hard, put in the hours and they deserve what they make. America is based on merit, not on your skin color or anything else. That is what the liberals were doing, Trump stopped that.

Yes, we have laws that require companies cannot discriminate based on race or sex and that if they do they can be liable. DEI is different, it mandates quotas. So if I have 1,000 employees they'll tell me 50% need to be women and 10% need to be this race and 40% that race, etc. There is no way you will meet these quotas and still be hiring people based on a meritocracy.

My wife was applying for a job with the school system. After the interview she tells me she won't get the job. I ask why? She says "because I don't look like anyone there". I just laughed and told her if you didn't look like anyone there then you are guaranteed to get the job (this was during Biden's administration when DEI was at its height). Sure enough, she got the job.

On the other hand my son applied to MIT. He was valedictorian of a Specialized Science HS in NYC. You have to take a test to get admitted to these schools and they represent the top 1% of NYC students. As soon as the interviewer saw him his face dropped. I knew immediately that this meant he would not get accepted. He was the wrong race. However, another girl from his school did get accepted, she was the right race and the right sex.

Thank you. And this is exactly what should not be. In germany, they try to do it, but it dont works everywhere. Present we have such an lack of workers that we urgend need qualified people. We have plenty unqualified people and they dont will get these Jobs.

In the US our news outlets are wording the US/Russian proxy war as a ceasefire/peace talks. Looking at news from Russia,Ukraine and EU nations are they saying that the US is surrendering in regards to the proxy war in Ukraine? Also in your news are they talking about sending EU troops to Ukraine?
