Every time the President signs a bill or has an Executive order it can impact the market. The idea that Trump placing tariffs on foreign countries being "market manipulation" would make every single president guilty of this. 1. Trump campaigned on this issue saying he would use Tariffs. That was public knowledge long before he was in a position to impose tariffs. The evidence indicates people began moving to gold after he was elected, and after he had said he intended to impose tariffs but months before he took office and could actually impose tariffs. So no, there was no inside trading based on an unfair advantage for those who got out of the stock market prior to the Tariffs.
2. Trump said that those who did not retaliate for the tariffs would be rewarded. That also was publicly available information at the time he imposed the tariffs. So no, anyone who bought into the market when it bounced also did not act on inside information that was not public knowledge.

Yes, Trump is winning. Deficit is down, tax revenue will be up, and there will be massive inflow of investment into the US so that employment will also be up. Meanwhile China is in complete economic collapse. Likewise Iran is also loosing bigly. Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis are all being completely wiped off the map. Also, consider Russia. If the war was only against Ukraine they would likely win, but with the US and NATO assistance and countries like Poland arming up to fight them full on. They have no chance if China and Iran also collapse. Times up, either they strike with a huge surprise attack on the US or else they loose.
