I dunno... Diabetes can be a lot more scary than staring at people, and the way he puts down that marmalade, diabetes is just around the corner.ok just read A bear called Paddington.
Paddington is said to be a 'small bear'
He eats marmalade
He has emigrated or rather stowed away from 'darkest Peru' and the Brown family adopt him in London, finding him at the train station.
Because it is cold in London, the Brown family dress him in a duffle coat and hat.
I guess its much colder than Peru...so even a furry bear needs a coat and hat in London.
He gets into all sorts of mishaps, but thats becase hes new to the country and has never....ridden on a train, been to the theatre, painted a painting, done a magic trick, been to the seaside or had a hot bath before. But hes very polite because his Aunt Lucy taught him. He seems to have no other bear relatives.
The only scary thing Paddington does is stare at people
It's probably for the best.A group of blondes decided to go bear hunting.
On their drive to the woods, they came upon a curve in the road where they saw a sign which read "Bear left"...so they went home.
That's a great photo.
That's a bad idea. Throw a plate of crispy bacon to a bear and you'll never get rid of the bear. That's a great photo.
Two of my favorite things are bears and snow.
Throw in a plate of cripsy bacon, and you've hit the trifecta...lol.
...waste of bacon too. That's a bad idea. Throw a plate of crispy bacon to a bear and you'll never get rid of the bear.![]()
Something to do with porridge whatever that is. Is that like oatmeal?is this a new story? Havent heard of it before....
Bear and the 3 Goldilocks
I'm not too big on bacon. Go ahead and throw it out for all I care. But make sure my dog gets it, not a bear. I WANT my dog to stay around. A bear would kill the chickens....waste of bacon too.
porridge is cooked oatmeal...kind of like a soupSomething to do with porridge whatever that is. Is that like oatmeal?
I eat an occasional bowl with brown sugar. My wife prefers the instant kind, but I am old school and prefer to cook the oats (Quaker) on the stove. Kellogg's Corn Flakes are best, with fruit. I enjoy Fruit Loops too. I have actually been to the main Kellogg's plant for a tour in Battle Creek, Michigan. Must have been 14 or 15. At the end of the tour I got a complementary snack-pcak of various sweeten cereals. About once a year I will purchase a box of Pop Tarts. The brown sugar / cinnamon variety is very good. I like Toaster Strudel's too, any flavor. I guess that I have a sweet tooth.porridge is cooked oatmeal...kind of like a soup
I dont know if people eat porridge in the US. It seems they eat cornflakes and fruitloops and pop tarts for breakfast, so dont need to wait for it to cool
I believe there may a mention of gruel in one of Charles Dickens novels. When I feed my cats Tango and Sugar I sometimes say "Time to eat your gruel". Of course, I really feed them cat foot - Nine Lives (dry) and Fancy Feast. I give them little cat treats too and always make sure that the water bowl has fresh water.Another name for porridge is gruel
