And just yell and stare at people until they give you a $1000. Sounds like a good time. That's a good idea! I should have a fund raiser Lol!!

Do you believe that Jesus Christ is God?I do not believe if a person is keeping easter, that person is not following Jesus Christ,
Our Father and Jesus Christ ARE TRUTH, I do not believe God calls a person with lies.
That's a good idea! I should have a fund raiser Lol!!
Right. Thanks for illustrating exactly why I am saddened at how some behave here. What would give you satisfaction here? If I say 'you win', will that help? grow up
Agreements on cc? Sounds like you aren’t satisfied very much. You might have to lower the bar. I’m satisfied if no one somehow punches another through the internet. You are saddened by me mentioning being saddened by your attacks?!
What gives me satisfaction on CC is agreement/spiritual unity, at least regarding God's requirement for salvation.

Then why do you disagree with people so much especially if they disagree with wording on yr website? Another thing you do is to twist people's words. Obviously I never said I was saddened by you in relation to anything. Even though I have not responded to you in a long time, I see you are still doing the same things.
Don't hurt your arm while patting yourself on the back.
some people think going to church on Sunday is a pagan worship practice, so........![]()
Thanks. Now, how does this relate to your claim from post 21 in response to my statement
"One does not need to believe that Christ died Wednesday at sundown or arose Saturday at sundown to be saved."
You said this:
So by that you implied that a person must believe "Jesus was dead from sundown Wednesday to sundown Saturday", and failure (for any reason at all) to believe this means the person is not saved.
Do you affirm this?
Even Peter was rebuked by Paul.I wanted it to be doubly clear.
When Jesus Christ taught, HE taught truth and truth only, as did the Apostles.
If a church is teaching Half truths,, I doubt that works in God's eyes, and when you understand what many are teaching --- I see confusion and little truth.
Do you believe that Jesus Christ is God?
You're still not answering the question.comment:
first I don't like the term "saved" I see it as "the process of salvation", I never found "once saved always saved" taught by Christ or any of the Apostles, gaining the gift of eternal life is a life time process.
If God the Father is calling a person, once in that process, God will begin to reveal the Truth, showing the person God's perfect way including doctrines and all things. and how to come out of the world and it pagan ways.
I am not saying once called that person knows everything, it takes a lifetime and even then no one will know it all. but it should not take long to see what is pagan and what is God's way. live as Christ lived , follow Him
You're still not answering the question.
Perhaps that's because you realize that your original implication is indefensible, or perhaps not. I hope you do.
I agree that sanctification is a process, whereby we are "conformed to the image of Christ", but that is predicated on us having been saved. There are many metaphors for "saved" in Scripture, but I'm not aware offhand of any that put us in some in-between state.
Comment:
I understand this fact -- words are very important-- "clear words" not those with can have 10 shades of meanings .
"Saved" ? what does that mean?
Christ told us "many are called but 'few' are chosen"
He also said "let the chafe grow with the wheat".
with in "The Church of God" are both those in the "process" and those that are not, the chafe. and I believe that percentage is 50% are NOT. Matthew 25.
And we are told by Christ and Paul, to the effect, if a person takes their hand off the plow, they will not be in the Kingdom. In the New Testament are many many qualifying statements for those "in the process".
Therefore: a person in the "process of gaining the gift of eternal life" --- can lose it.
That gift is only sure if a person "endures until 'their end" whether that is their death or the first resurrection.
Therefore: I can only understand the term "saved" as 'not a done deal', not sure -- until that person has endured to the end of their life, never taking their hand off the plow.
I have come to understand God is not, in this final 2000 year age, attempting to "Save" all mankind. if that were true, it would be very sad as the majority of the 8 + billion alive today-- have zero interest, they are too busy lusting after their neighbor's wife and or his things.
I doubt this will satisfy.
Even Peter was rebuked by Paul.
I think we're at the point of it's obviously the season and we are on the cusp of so many things that are prophecy and signs showing us that it's now crucial to be ready every day.
It says scripturally that man does not live by bread alone but by all of God's words. Because our spirit needs to eat. so we put ourselves in the presence of the Lord in His Word. This allows heart to heart communication with the Lord. It leaves a residue on you! Remember when Moses spent 40 days and nights with the Lord on the Mountain, and when he came down from the Mtn., he was glowing and scared the people so put on a veil. Remember?
That works into the Parable of the 10 Virgins. The 5 who had no oil asked to the 5 who did have oil, give us of your oil....but this oilish residue can not be given. They would have to be in the Lord's presence themselves.
Hey I guess you could say it's sort of like when we read the word, a drop of oil is dripped within our heart which affects us and purifies our heart over time. So the 5 virgins who had not could not receive oil from the other girls. You have to get it yourself. Build that relationship!
And eventually, He will out of the blue hit you with something weird. Something guaranteed you wont understand and will want to say no. But that's a trick question so just do whatever He asks you to do. Even if you have no clue or understanding of anything related. You just have to trust Him.
In fact it is a test. Do you say you trust Jesus even when it costs you? I mean, either someone has true faith in Jesus or faith in the world system? It could also be an Obedience exercise at the same time. If one is going to obey the Lord, then, obey immediately...
It definitely does not satisfy because you’re still avoiding the core question. However, I am not going to badger you about it.I doubt this will satisfy.
