How would I know? The truth will out. However, he is now on the record for saying that the shooter on the roof shot 8 shots.
That seems to contradict the audio, however, it means the sniper on the roof watched as he fired off 8 shots before shooting him. That means the audio tells us how long he watched him shooting at Trump before shooting him.

8 shots over 16 seconds. So now we need to know why the sniper allowed him to shoot for 16 seconds before firing. I would think, and I am no expert, but If I have my gun trained on a threat on the roof with a rifle, as soon as he fires I am going to shoot him. Perhaps there is a 1 second gap, that would make sense to me, but not 16 seconds.

Well, as of this moment, FBI Director WRAY, makes it clear this was a loner attempt and not a plan as conspiracy buffoons claim.

Facts, do you mean these audio files overriding the narrative that Wray is trying to sell? Pretty bold statement, but I do agree that physical evidence is far more reliable than a witness.
However, I don't like the term "override". As far as I am concerned everything is evidence. For example if we have physical evidence that proves there were two shooters and Wray is telling us there was one shooter, then that is very interesting indeed.

I am merely saying as of right now the FBI has provided enough solid fact to know this was most likely Crooks plan and his plan only. He even made fun of his bomb making skill saying his radio activator to detonate the bombs would [not have] worked. So a real moron attempted to be something he could never be and ended up dead over his own mental flaws and capabilities.
I am absolutely confident that the best forensic team is currently investigating this shooting and I don't mean the FBI, the ATF or the Secret Service.
So the truth will come out and I am also absolutely confident that forensic analysis can very accurately tell us where the shots were fired from, how many shooters there were, and now with Biden and Cheatle resigning it will be easy to prosecute them, and if it turns out that Wray or others in the government were involved in this the truth will come out. I will pray to the Lord that He clears the way for the truth to be shouted from the rooftop and that His perfect will would be done, and that any and all those involved in this heinous murder would be held accountable for their treason. In the name of Jesus Christ, the Lord of all, I present these petitions to the throne. Amen.

2. Why is there a very clear difference in the audio signature of the first three shots from the last five if they were all fired from the same location with the same gun?
A simple way to resolve this would be for a sniper to get into that location with that gun and fire 8 shots, a group of three and then a group of 5 while someone is recording with the same phone and the same location as one of our recordings. That would be the kind of evidence that I would like to see.

Oh no, trust me, they have all the communications. It is not possible for anyone to assist someone like Crooks without leaving a trace. Every contact leaves a trace. Those three encrypted apps are simply the threads you need to pull on but the NSA and other assets can take it from there.
I have no doubt Trump is putting all necessary resources into investigating this. That was the very clear message from the RNC.

There can and should be a trial. Four people were shot, one was killed. They all have the right to a trial and if the government wants to tell me that all 8 shots came from Crooks I want to hear an audio file that matches the many audio files we already have. You know the gun, you know the location of Crooks and you know the location of the people who made their recordings. It would cost very little to have that done. Even if the FBI or ATF doesn't want to do that test then I would have my attorney do it.
