They have the casing markings on the ammo still in the AR. So it will be confirmed one way or another where he got them.

They must be connected to the store because the ATF has tracked that store down.

Anyone who has spent time at the range shooting high-powered rifles knows that sustained fire or continuously shooting without letting the barrel cool down between strings of shots will get the barrel so hot that accuracy will suffer and shots can be thrown off a couple of inches.

Why haven't they confirmed to us that he shot 9 shots? It is simple, pick up the brass and show us a picture of the brass. Show us that it has a serial number from that store. It seems like this could have been done hours after the shooting.

That is true, and you can also present your unsubstantiated allegations and when people ask for the link you can insult them and tell them how easy it would be for them to go get the link while never providing any substantiation to your claims.

For example you can gaslight the American people about Biden's mental health without having him take a test to prove it. Or you can gaslight them about his successes.

Yes you can do these things but little by little you lose credibility until like a flood bursting the dam you lose everything.

It's hard enough to get a whistle blower to come forward from the tens of thousands of murderers in "health care".
I don't expect any law enforcement to admit taking a bribe to keep their mouth shut to admit to anything either. However, maybe they all weren't bribed or complicit and will help investigation. Then again, investigators will have to be honorable and not part of that conspiracy.
