One saying I use is: "You can't rule the unruly." I don't know if I first heard it or not. I usually say I made it up myself. It does seem to reflect truth in mobs and riots. Some people will just not obey laws and rules, at all!
My favorite "other person" quote is Winston Churchill's: "Democracy is a bad form of government, but it is the least bad we know of." He is saying: No government is applied perfectly, or even good in most cases. Government gives power, and power corrupts. It is the nature of the animal.

It depends on what one prefers in their M&C. Most Americans like the creamy type as apposed to the baked type. I just use the cheap box mixes and dress it up a little. It is important to use a big plastic spoon and grind all the darker cheese mix until it looks lighter. Sometimes a little extra moisture is needed to do that.
The creamy type has the cheese in a sauce throughout the dish. I always add 2/3 cups grated Cheddar into the dish [approx. 3-cups] & stir, just before serving. You can also dice turkey ham or smoked sausage into it as a bonus. The meat makes the meal last longer.

because my father was a carpenter and my mother was a fish vendor

he got me. Fishermen and carpenters =) the holy rollers ^^. I dont drink coffee often. only in emergencies you could say I will have a cup of coffee max 4 times year. I am more the tea kinda guy.
