The very short version is that I was searching for a lost person who was potentially self-destructive. I was convinced that, at the end of a footbridge, I needed to turn left to search a certain area. The Lord spoke clearly (not audibly) and told me to turn right. I argued; He repeated Himself. I turned right, and within moments, found the person, unharmed.
If you could choose between asking any person one particular question, or asking one particular person any question, which would you choose?
When faced with confrontation in real life,how do YOU respond?
I avoid confrontation, probably too much. Perhaps, I am too fragile but on the other hand peace is a beautiful thing.

I get quiet, not always a withdrawn quiet though that can happen, but an observant quiet.
This is an interesting question, so I will keep it, but add, how does it differ, if at all, to confrontation online?
I'll answer Dino first and choose asking a particular person a question - which is to CharliRenee 'where the heck have you been? Out confrontin'?' and on to the lovecoessoftly - I probably confront the same online as I would in person - which is precious little. The only time I act out is when i pretend to strangle politicians.

Hahaha@out confrontin... Just been in a quiet season, I suppose. Thanks for asking. You know online confrontation is a strange scenario because in person there seems more room for resolution and understanding, less room for misunderstanding. Also, I really like moving forward and reconciliation when confrontation arises, so that growth can happen...online that seems more challenging. I do say that true enduring friendship face resistance but do not give up on one another. I have found that to be easier to achieve offline. Online folks who don't really know eachother are quicker to assume stuff and seem to give up on one another more readily.

i answered a similar question in a job interview just after getting married......
my answer then (and i think it still is) was this:
"best to ask my husband"
the lady doing the interview laughed out loud and left it at that.......

Lol IFH... how do you get more disciplined in life? I need an answer
Do I obey the Ifs? Hmmm well I would have to remind myself of them however I would say I hope I do and I would be foolish not to; I need His help to though and He is faithful thankfully
My question is still this:
How do you be disciplined to go to bed on time lol and what things help you to be more self-disciplined generally?
Tbh I am not disciplined to going to bed on time lol when you have lil kids (in my case neices and nephews) in the house, things are always erratic and busy. I do TRY my best to be in bed to get at least 5-8 hours, but it’s not always promised.
Things that help me to be self disciplined is just trying to look after my body/health so that I can function at work in the morning
My question: what is one thing you find attractive in the opposite sex? And we’ll rule out the fact that they have to be Christian lol.
