I'm actually still reading through The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe. Yes, I like it.
Name 3 movies that have had a lasting impression on you.
The Patriot, Phantom of the Opera, and Random Harvest.
How do you feel about tofu?

Thumbs up on the Patriot.
Its one of the few movies I actually own on DVD lol.
I have the DVD/Blueray combo, and own a digital copy on Amazon.... so I can watch it on my phone if needed. Along with Red Dawn, and the Hunt for Red October.
I literally just watched Red Dawn for the first time today. And the two characters I liked most died first. *sigh*
Please tell me it was the 1984, original version.
Indeed, it was. I always try to watch/read whatever came out first. Plus the 80's were great.
Don't waste your time on the remake.
Red Dawn is one of the greatest movies ever made.
It was good. I particularly loved how the female protagonists were able to be tough and fierce while fully clothed.
Jennifer Grey and Lea Thompson are hot in whatever they wear.... especially when they are killing communist.
I thought one was pretty, anyway lol. And the other was okay. I just liked how effective they were. But. Then the Air Force guy died and NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOO! ANYONE BUT HIM. ALL OF THEM BUT HIM. WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE HIM?
Colonel Tanner.
I reckon Powers Boothe was alright.

"Alright."
We look at him from a different perspective.
And then Robert died. That was a pity.
War is hell. They gave up their lives so this nation should not perish from the earth.
A direct quote lol.
