Hello,

I installed (or tried to install) the App version: (ChristianChat-3.7.3b). When I run the installer - it fills a bar and says: "Verifying Download" and proceeds to do nothing. Any ideas why it will not run? I am on Windows 10 and have even tried Administrator and Compatibility Mode.

Try deleting the download and doing a new download and see if that helps. Sometimes things just get messed up and starting fresh helps. And it shouldn't matter, but just to be safe also make sure Adobe Air is installed. If that doesn't work then hopefully someone else has an idea.

Adobe Air was indeed the problem, thank you. Perhaps I missed it being listed as a requirement.
