Oh man. Skee ball was the only thing I was ever interested in at the arcade (do young people now even know what an arcade was anymore...)
Just give me a pizza and an pocketful of quarters and I'm good go to.
An all-night skee ball marathon would be my idea of a perfect date!
We have an arcade downtown in my town, and it seems to get good business. I mean its probly older people there but Im sure that the younger people here know about them at the very least : p
And Ive never been to Chuck E Cheese, didnt get to go as a kid. Now that Im an adult I probly cant go, will have to wait to have a kid of my own before I ever get the chance, I guess : p

Seoul, you have been talking about a meet up for far too long. Let's do it!
The first thing I'd do is arrange a voluntary planning committee who are are all willing to put in the work (and possible expense from anyone backing out at the last minute) that it would take.

Any other takers? If we had a group of at least 5 people who were willing to help take on all the work it would involve, I'd very seriously consider it. However, due to my own real-life restrictions (work and such), I couldn't actually attend a meetup for about 2 years (seriously... all my allowed free time is already booked up towards commitments to family/close friends.)
Ironic, I know. But yes... If I could find the people who'd want to help and would take a few risks with me, I'd be willing to try.

And henceforth, this illustrates our first issue (I know you're just joking, Wine
, but this brings up a good point.) A while back I was chatting with a group of only about 10 people and we were talking about having a possible meetup in the state of X and in the city of Y.
Almost immediately, some people were already saying, "Oh man. That's 3 hours away for me... Why can't you have it at (the city of Z) instead? That'd be a lot closer to me!"
Well, the state alone that we were talking about would be a full day's worth of plane travel for me, so obviously, it's impossible to cater to everyone, or even the majority, in some cases. Next, we had the problem of people's schedules being complete opposites of each other: "You should have it in February... that's my slowest month;" "Feb. is terrible for me! How about October..." which of course, would then be the worst time of year for someone else.
What would eventually have to happen is that we'd have to set something in stone and say, "Hey everyone. We're meeting in such-and-such place at such-and-such time. If you can make it, we'd LOVE to see you, and if not, hope to catch you next time. Love ya and God bless!"

As many from around the world could pair off into their section if possible and FaceTime could be arranged?? That way more could be involved somehow.. the documentary Twins comes to mind.. I think a meet up is a great idea. Surely worth looking forward to
