Not all of us who believe in Jesus are independent and able people with our flesh.
There some who are in prison, confined to caregivers in nursing homes, or dependent on medical treatments, who would be almost unable to resist the mark of the beast of it was issued as of late.
And as many of us are wise, there are many who are more simply in the world, who may have put themselves in a strong association with 'the beast', if he is a character who builds a strong reputation before turning away from the flock.
So, as many of us are ready to endure the tribulation, there are those who are in no way fit to do so.
Jesus says he will keep the assembly in Philadelphia from 'the hour of testing' in Revelation 3:10, He also mentions the 'second or third watch' in Luke 12:38.
