I'm sure it's not serious because my ribs pop when I move a certian way. Just painfull. It's happened before. It's a muscle between a couple of ribs. They'd just give me flexaril ant tell me to try and be still. It happened monday night, I spent 3 days lying down, not typing.

I'll do without laughing for a while, that's when it hurts. I can be happy just as well. My dog came over and licked my chest where it hurts and brought me a bone and a ball to cheer me up. What really cheered me up was watching her unscrew the cap of a sport drink container.
