Sounds more like he lived on your steps and had storage in your building.
 
in all seriousness, what does debauchery mean in Eph 5:18?

Eph 5:18 - do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery

@zeroturbulence reminded me of a story from high-school. One kid in my math class fell asleep with his eyes open. The teacher asked him a question and when he didn't answer, the teacher thought he just didn't know the answer. A couple minutes later, the student was caught when he started snoring.
