Speaking of peanut butter...
I've liked chunky Jiff since boyhood smeared thickly on bread and topped with either sliced banana or strawberry preserve.
I used to make it either way for my kids and never knew one of them absolutely detested my sandwiches until just recently...
My ex and I have 4 kids.2 girls and two boys. All are young adults now and have attempted to build agreeable lives for themselves.
Well I had my doubts about my oldest son Vinny because of his temper and I seriously despaired that my second oldest child Lucia would turn out to be a stripper because as a toddler she'd strip her clothes off including her pamper and sling them every which a way as soon as she heard music...
Thankfully my worries were over nothing...
So anyway it was my youngest son Carlo that said to me recently that peanut butter was the food of nightmares and he assured me that every time I stuck one into his lunch sack for school he'd trade with one of his pals...
Well my feelings weren't hurt but I said to him:"Carlo...so that's why your breath always smelled of tuna after school."
Which cracked him up...

Well - Let me begin with what Jesus didn’t mean. Many people interpret “cross” as some burden they must carry in their lives: a strained relationship, a thankless job, a physical illness. With self-pitying pride, they say, “That’s my cross I have to carry.” Such an interpretation is not what Jesus meant when He said, “Take up your cross and follow Me.”
When Jesus carried His cross up Golgotha to be crucified, no one was thinking of the cross as symbolic of a burden to carry. To a person in the first-century, the cross meant one thing and one thing only: death by the most painful and humiliating means human beings could develop.
Two thousand years later, Christians view the cross as a cherished symbol of atonement, forgiveness, grace, and love. But in Jesus’ day, the cross represented nothing but torturous death. Because the Romans forced convicted criminals to carry their own crosses to the place of crucifixion, bearing a cross meant carrying their own execution device while facing ridicule along the way to death.
Therefore, “Take up your cross and follow Me” means being willing to die in order to follow Jesus. This is called “dying to self.” It’s a call to absolute surrender. After each time Jesus commanded cross bearing, He said, “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?” (Luke 9:24-25). Although the call is tough, the reward is matchless. Lettuce pick up our cross then and follow Jesus today shall we?!! In this God can do as He wills around us and thru us. Amen
I love peanut butter - but I know it has its limits - LOL - That was a great story 10-four you were able to crack my shell on that one.
Speaking of tuna...
My mom used to make hers with sliced apple,raisins and sometimes shredded carrots..
My grandmother made hers with hard boiled egg , finely diced onion and a teaspoonful of yellow mustard..
I enjoyed them either way as long as they used real mayo...

Speaking of Mayo - when I was young my mom bought Miracle Whip and I thought mayonnaise was simply that (Miracle Whip) my entire youth - then I tried real Mayo and - yuke! I wanted to know what beast created this mess, but over time I preferred real Mayo over the now weird Miracle Whip. But, yet today I still like Miracle Whip - but only mixed with Tuna and some sweet pickles chopped and mixed with it, and white (bad for you) bread like a wonder bread or the alike. It brings back childhood memories foo shoo. As far as all other sandwiches now - real Mayo and a good 21 grain wheat type of bread is the King of palatable intakes. Weeeeeeeee!
Speaking of Motels and Hotels - would this be a room you would feel comfortable staying in for 3 days? I am not sure I would. The decadence would take up all my time to wash off I think. LOL 
. Plus my Grandmother had a chair with blue felt accents like those and it was not comfortable at all and the felt wore off. Ok, I tore it off (or thumb rolled it off) out of boredom back in my rebellious child days. LOL

I fired up the grill and my girls provided the side dishes.
Bunny was there and that was the first time she'd met my other two kids so I had an eye out for any friction because my second oldest Lucia can be a bossy knickers and will absolutely say the wrong thing in almost any situation.
She's loyal to my ex and suspicious of every woman that I've ever dated.
So I had one eye on the grill and the other fixed firmly in her direction but she was on her best behavior that time which was lucky for her.

I've stayed in the fleabag,dumps of America so staying in the one in Slave's picture would've been my sweetest dreams come true...
I would have put on my most snobbish uppercrust accent and conducted myself toward the staff like a royal pain in the cow britches.
Not really....
But yeah if I could afford an opulent hotel room I'd spring for it..

Magnesium makes up 13.9% of the Earth, sulfur makes up 2.9%, and nickel and calcium both account for over 1.5% of the Earth. Aluminum makes up 1.4% of the Earth and the remaining metals account for only 1.2%.

And two daughters Lucia is behind Vinny then I have Maria who is after Carlo.
Maria is the one that I refer to as *babygirl* whenever I've mentioned her on here.
But yeah I enjoyed my kids and the food was good too.
Well now I have learned a name and will use a name - something God is providing us all with if we accept and use it right? New relationships being opened to develop I mean....Thx - It is good to get to know you better. I hope not all Americans have tainted your view of America. Smile. Thats great that you had time to spend with your kids - I wish I had more time with mine...They are all older now and have their life in a rush.
