Don't ya just love the drudgery days?!! I love them! I get to do laundry and clean my dishes and go shopping and do bills and fold (needlessly I might add) clothes to place neatly in a drawer, as if someone will visit soon to check on them. "Oh no Dan!! That corner is uneven refold it"!
But seriously - drudgery, when you see it thru God's eyes - is the finest touchstone to character there is. Drudgery is work that is very far removed from anything to do with the ideal - its the grubby things; and buddha's I got lots of grubby things to do today! But what is beautiful about this is when we come into contact with grubby things we know instantly whether or not we are spiritually real....
It was never my joy that gives me strength - it has always been His joy that gives me strength! Therefore, I have joy in Him as well! I love it! Don't you?!! God have my grubby things too! ... and I will sing all thru it rejoicing! I will even fold the towels well for Him - not the secret folding police showing up to visit! Praise His name! Thank You Lord for another day, may the grubby things You have placed before me only enhance our relationship Lord!

You are emotionally invested; fully involved! ... Jesus loves that! Now He will show you what to invest in all the more ... and your emotions will change to become His ... things concerning His will over your own.
I remember the glee I had when the Portland Trailblazers won the National Basketball Association Championship in 1977. I thought God answered my prayers - He had only let that team win according to His will at the time. Later when they lost in 1990 I was like - "Really God? I prayed and I loved you with my whole heart as well!" His response was exactly the same as when The team won the Championship: "I love you too Dan - let us share joy in My will being done!"
We are sad and excited, when our teams lose and win, but God would have you not be worried about teams winning or losing; He would have you die to the right to yourself in your emotions as well and let His emotions become your own - He is concerned with His will being accomplished on earth as it is in heaven; thus, you can be happy when He lets your team win, but you can remain joyful when they lose as well.

I just didn't want to be in error or mislead anyone if I can help it is all. Correct what you can, and embrace your limitations when God says to as well. LOL - That is maroon red to me - or fire brick all thru.

I am sorry for your lose, or their lose I guess which in turn has become your pain.
I hope you have some water in your room too. Should I pray for your excessive tissue paper hoarding? Never-mind another time then .... go be with your sorrows or maybe go be with God instead in view of the teams loss instead - I remember the pain of my teams loses as well - they were real. Just remember it is not a personal thing with you and God; and you in no way caused the teams lose - I hope you can recover quickly. I am truly sorry for your pain.

God Himself is always available too ... He will have you start with Joy and give you reason to sing in happiness from it. God will draw Himself near to you and supply you with water that is everlastingly life supporting. The water reference I made earlier was a bite subtle cheeky in that it was what would keep you alive over a long haul while a life time of tissue would not. In the same way this message is to encourage you to let God (not people) draw you unto Himself, in this way your joy will be made complete - happy song or not. People will only lift Jesus up if they are godly in counsel.
Sorry, I thought u knew that I agreed with Deade that it was because they had different operating systems. He said it and I liked his post. That's why I didn't understand why you kept bringing it up.
