If I need Coffee God is right there to take it to the next room and give it to other - but if I simply want Coffee - and ask God for it - and thank Him for it before and after I receive it - then I find myself in that other room being served by God that Coffee!

Coffee on as we seek God first in doing so. I'll Amen myself on that one! That was Good God thank you! LOL

I just received a call from my work place from a colleague on call telling me another colleague/friend's husband died this afternoon, he too happened to be a colleague
So sad... sigh

I agree with you - that is most definitely false doctrine! Who cares about a little bit of snot on yer face - the rewards far outweigh the cost lol

I am very sorry for the news you've received; and may God give you peace over it in your heart, as well as a time to grieve in mourning. For we forget God wills for us to have that time with Him as well. - Yes, Let us pray for their family and surrounding peoples:

"Lord, we ask you to be with the family and Josie's co-workers and people who surround the life of that husband who You have taken from earth. I ask You, that thru this tragedy, You will show Your glory in it and thru it. Draw those who have been outside of You to be at a crossroads in this. Give compassionate refuge to those who love You and who seek to know You, but even as You are faithful to the sinner and the godly alike, I ask you to simply give them a meaningful mourning time of healing for all parties. Father, I ask Your workers there to spring to life in intercessory prayers , as you spring to life, even my prayers, for them, as well as those who are praying with me now who are here. Give us feet to our prayers there in location having them take advantage of an opportunity to show people who You are in compassionate love and testimony. As we lift You up Lord, we pray and claim the promise of You drawing all men to Yourself!! ... In Jesus' name I pray - Amen."
