the 3do was 700 dollars when it came out in the 90's it didn't sell well and was a flop gamers know when there being ripped off that's why EA is the fifth most hated company in the US lol
It's actually the cheapest I've seen in a while but I'm willing to bet it's bare bones for that price lol
