If you were taken away from your parents, there must be a valid reason why. What's there to be terrified of? You're in a safe place, so just relax. God has this covered. :)

I just don't know them and I have anxiety (which doesn't help). God feels so distant,

what were your new secular parents like?
I hope they don't mock your faith

and in your walk, it helps to learn how to inwardly "pray without ceasing" and try to do this with as little to no anxiety as possible, if you have anxiety, cast them to the Lord, and trust that it's cast and God will take care of everything, trust is the hardest part of prayer.

if you can, show them Christ-like love, to soften them, it's far to easy to "be a bad witness" so I can only hope that God can strengthen you.

My real parents that I was taken from are Christians. My new foster parents are cool, but very secular.

secular as in?
if you were to read the Bible, do you have to hide or no?

I don't think that they'd give me a problem for reading my Bible, but I don't really know, I just got here this evening.

and be careful, because there are spiritual enemies of God that's clever enough to use "secular foster parents" and their influence to confuse you, making it seem like the secularity of your foster parent is who you are, even though that's lie from the spiritual enemy of God to keep you away from God

put on the full armor of God

Come on chin up, you are almost an adult. God's got your back. Use this as a chance to witness. Jesus said to fear not:

Matt. 10:29-31 "Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows."

We will be praying for you. :)

if prophesy is hypothetically possible for me, i'd go for prophesy
next, teaching (simplify critical ideas for easier learning, as long as I can understand it first)
then, encouragement (i desire the power of ultimate encouragement, even if i fall, i can draw strength from it, and get back up again)
