From what I understand hardly anyone will have time to flee. So for us it will be a Psalm 91 situation...A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

Now, Psalm 91 verse 1 says, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty..../
Which is a fancy way of saying, He who is led by the Spirit shall have God's protection. We "dwell" with the most High so will be led by the Spirit as an integral part of dwelling with Him, always mindful of Him and sensitive to His presence! When we are there, we are under the shadow (Protection) of the Almighty. It is good to pray this Psalm every day.

He is with you always because you are indwelt by the Holy Spirit, right? So all you must do is to give Him 100% of your attention and focus. He is the Friend that sticks closer than a Brother. But how many people will not be dwelling with the Lord at the moment SHTF and the world is suddenly collapsing all around you? So they wont have protection and the death & destruction will be widespread. A very sad thought. If they die without as innocent victims of bad timing of not walking with the Lord.

It takes coming out of the world. He is with you always and will never forsake you or leave you so He must make all the decisions in the world (!!). And then I think the protection kicks in automatic, prolly because of the light surrounding you? (Spiritually).

That's scary to me. I hang out with the Lord and speak to Him as is He is here right now, because He is. But I am not able to stay with Him 24/7 yet...? I try. I hope. I trust. I remind myself. This is real in Psalm 91. If you are dwelling with Him in spirit then 10,000 may die at your right side...(It went around us!) Or, Hi Jesus !! Either way, up tp Him.

Remember the big earthquake and tsunami that flattened Japan? I heard a testimony of some Christians who went over there to Japan after it happened to help people. And they was walking along the beach one day and everything is in piles of rubble on the ground, and then there was one house standing! So they went up and knocked on the door to inquire why is their house still here? And the Answer came...We're Christians and the Lord saved us! Praise God!

I can see that happening in my minds eye! Christians!

I've done a lot of rough camping in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and that was the plan for awhile, lol. Live off the land, evrybody armed to the teeth, red dawn type of illusions, lol.

This late in the game, I don't think the mountains and forested areas will be safe when shtf. Not only will a LOT of people have the same idea, but not many people are thing about...(here I go!)...Sasquatch, Big foot. Since everyone is carrying a camera nowadays a lot more sighting footage has been coming out. Of course some is fake but some are real and there have been sighting and eye witnss accounts documented all the way back in Cowboy days and stuff, so they are real. But everybody knows that bigfoots always run and hide, right? They have the reputation of being very elusive.

And I thought about it. Jesus said, it will be as the in the days of Noah when all this happens. So God may have been telling the Bigfoots to run and hide or face punishment, and restraining them from interacting with us? When the restrainer is taken away, they might get a lot bolder. Big foots, in my estimation, have to be the descendants of the Nephilim, still here on earth. As it was in the days of Noah...

So if the Big foots are modern day Nephilim, then they are probably highly intelligent. More intelligent than man, and a lot tougher.

I'm just saying that there may come a time where the Sasquatch becomes aggressive to you or your family.

So a 45/70 and 44 Mags may be the best ticket there, Except!

If they are indeed Nephilim, then we have Authority over those spirits in Jesus name! Flee to the mountains might not be a good choice? There's videos of all sorts of sightings of strange creatures, skinwalkers, dogmen, wolfmen and all sorts of creatures, don't forget the Loch Ness Monster! I have always been pretty skeptical but just because I never seen one doesn't prove they don't exist or any one of them or a few types? All spiritually demonic! If they show up at all. But if a bigfoot kicks in the front door one day, I'll make it very hard on him! In the Name of Jesus!!! Stop!!!

Its interesting, I agree here. We can test this prophesy and kindly aknowladge that maybe this person is a prophet! I am of the opinion that its unlikely, but who knows! They deserve a chance as God does speak today, we just have to test the prophecies we see.

Now however to the potential prophet here, be aware that if this prophesy doesnt come to pass, that the voice you hear is not God.
 
Dates or figs....not to worry. What IS important to be found doing what He told us to do. It could be quite soon and we would be unwise to think we can play around first and maybe get serious about obedience later.

There was also a specific punishment for false prophets in the O.T.

Yes, but much of the old testament practices are out of date. Under the new covenant, I do not see any punishments given by man to inact Gods judgements. But rather to my knowledge it says to cast false prophets out and let God deal with them.

Well, actually not really. Now I remember I asking what I did in faith. I don't know why, but I'm caused to make these very replies.
 
Maybe not entirely in faith. I haven't had faith that God loves me, but I beleived that everything that happened to me came from him and no other source.

Not trying to pry or be obnoxious about you repenting. But if you were really told something, and it didn't come to pass, it wasn't from God. If you weren't actually told it, you were lying.

These are two different situations, and require different solutions. If the second, that's probably easier to repent of to my way of thinking. If the first, there is someone or something interfering with your life, telling you lies, and pretending to be God. Jesus' sheep know His voice, so this is something important to get right.

All told, what you initially stated didn't have a date - so it could be also that it just hasn't occurred yet...

I wrote what I did being deceived. I did witness what I did, but was not truly what I thought it was.
 
Yet, I still feel a tiny nudging in me that says I shouldn't fully doubt it.
I can't make that go away. In any case, let no one clutch their concious over this.

I can tell you something that happened a couple of weeks after Easter 2002. After my workplace tried to force me to work over the Easter weekend as I was a weekend nightshirt printer, anyway I got extremely angry two weeks after Easter and I asked the Almighty to send a bolt of lightning to hit that factory on the following Thursday and in the middle of the Economist magazine run, in Jesus’s name.The next night when I got to work, the boss started to give me grief, asking why all the arguments about Easter? I said to him that the voice of the Lord said to me; Pat, don’t work this Easter, honour me. He said I don’t care about your religion. I said I don’t have religion I have faith in God, the Bible, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. He said I don’t care about your faith. I said that you will care about my faith and I am going to tell you why right now and then I told him and subsequently many people about the lightning bolt that I asked the Lord to send and that it will hit the factory and thurs came and in the middle of the Economist run, a bolt of lightning hit the factory and delayed production for three hour, which I had also told him. There was no doubt that this would happen even as rare as prophesying a bolt of lightning. I even got fired and taken to court on December 19, 2003. Faith without wavering with boldness is always required if you are going to prophesy in Jesus’s name my friend amen.
