2. Aside from lettuce, what are your two favorite salad ingredients?
one of my favorite salad to make (or at least the one i'm craving today) has fresh heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, basil and balsamic vinegar.
generally, i'm always in the mood for fresh, lovely tomatoes and cukes. fresh herbs. and goat cheese. or avocados. bacon.
why do i have to pick only two?

most anywhere, probably. i'm a little burned out right now on going amazing places alone. i've done that a lot in my life, and it's sometimes sort of annoying to me.
4. What was your favorite childhood game?
my best childhood gf, lauren and i would take our horses to the river adjacent our property and go swimming, diving off their backs and holding on to them while they swam across the river. we'd also race and create all kinds of imaginative games.
i also was well known for writing lots of one-girl shows, starring me, of course and staging productions from quite a young age. i got my start as a major ham pretty early on. : )
5. Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
while i've met a lot of celebrities (most through an earlier career working for a music label) there's only one time that i truly felt starstruck and giddy.
when i was working in NYC, i had occasion to pick up something from a really nice apt building for my boss, and as i entered the elevator, i noticed that there was a really good looking guy, sort of glancing downward. as we rode up in the elevator, he looked up, and directly at me, and it was john f kennedy, jr.
he looked up and smiled at me, almost saying, "yeah, i'ts me", because i'm sure my eyes were wide as saucers, even though i'm quite sure i was trying to play it cool.
later, i found out that he actually lived in that building.

Walking I'm fine...but put me in a car with a map & I'll more than likely miss a turn here or there.
4. what's something you'd really like to learn? do you have any plans to learn it? when?
I'd love to learn how to do a ton of thing's...no plans as of yet,but if the opportunity presents itself,then maybe. I think it would be awesome to learn how to play piano so that I could finally let out all the crazy musical ideas I have in my head. You can only express so much in drumming. Maybe I'll meet a beautiful spirit-filled piano teacher & we'll fall madly in love...I'll charm her with my perfect eyebrows & she'll teach me piano for free. Yeah,that's the ticket!

I'm not. I don't drive. It's unatural. I am a terrible driver in the fact that I would get road rage. People drive drive horribly for the most part & it ticks me off (to clean up the language for the kiddies). Oddly enough,I love old muscle cars like Chargers & Camaros...go figure.

I'd love to learn how to do a ton of thing's...no plans as of yet,but if the opportunity presents itself,then maybe. Nothing. I used to collect state coffee mugs when I was in the service and traveled more. I wanted one from every state. Over the years of moving and three kids later, which tends to chip and break many a mug, I gave up on this.

It's pretty good. Even as a kid I had a good sense of direction. When camping with my family (ages 7-10), I would wander off for about an hour, then see if I could find my way back. It was a weird game that I played to challenge myself. I have no idea why my parents let me do this. One of the perks of being a neglected child, I suppose.

Well, as many know from chatting, I am reteaching myself how to do stained glass work.

1. I collected stamps in primary school, that's about it.
2. Good quality fish and chips
3. Not great, but not terrible. Direction-wise, I do much better on foot than by car.
4. I really don't know. I'd love to improve my drawing and writing skills but that's not a whole new skill, it's just building on an existing one. I'd love to learn how to be a confident person.
5. I'm a safe driver but I sometimes take roundabouts too quickly (I only notice it when I have passengers).

Amazing, my mind is a map, seriously i have a map of every where i go, it is like in a game, when there is Fog of War, when i walk somewhere it goes away.

Oh, I collect books and movies and TV series but is that really a collection? Maybe not in classic sense but *Pokemon* I've got to catch them all! (no, I don't collect Pokemon - that's the merchandising catchphrase).
1. what do you collect?
philosophically, i'm rather against collections, especially those that have no utilitarian function, require dusting, or exist for the purpose of being "a collection".
though for the purposes of answering this question, most people would call my my boots a "collection".
also, i have a supreme fondness for vintage compacts/handbags/clutches, antique jewelry, linens, and bows/guns.
oh, and hats, i'm definitely a hat girl.
2. food-wise, what's your "guilty pleasure"?
pecan caramel brownies, caramels (especially bacon caramels), cookies and cheese.
lots of cheese.
3. how's your sense of direction? how easily do you get lost?
i have a good sense of direction. especially outdoors, like in the woods or hiking. i was taught pretty early on by my marine-trained-survivalist stepdad good navigation skills in those scenarios.
in the city, i do pretty well. when i'm by myself, i never get lost.
but when i'm with someone else, i'll relax a bit. conversation and interaction always trumps my "paying attention".
4. what's something you'd really like to learn? do you have any plans to learn it? when?
my grandmother taught me to play the piano. the problem is, she had bad habits and was largely self taught, so she passed on her bad habits. i'd love to learn better technique, and i'd probably feel more confident playing when i sing.
i also would REALLY love to learn more sewing.
frankly, i'd even love to be able to ably hem my own clothes and do my own alterations instead of having to send them out.
5. what kind of a driver are you?
i've slowed down a bit. i haven't had a speeding ticket in almost 3 years, so that's progress for me.
that said, i get rather irritated by the multitude of ineptitude on the road, such as the clueless that don't use turning signals, putter along in the left lane, and are, in general, discourteous drivers.
but i don't get upset like i used to. : )

How easily do you get LOST?
I had no problem understanding the TV series from the very beginning. Yes, it was complex and at times convoluted and answers were slow in coming, but I did my research and had all of the water-cooler moments. I greatly enjoyed the discussions, perhaps as much as the series.

Answer - Dust.
2. Food-wise, what's your guilty pleasure?
Answer - Chocolate-covered chocolate dipped in chocolate (it's three-times as nice!!!).

Answer - My sense of direction is so bad, I can actually hear my GPS system "sigh" at every wrong turn!!!
4. What is something you'd really like to learn?
Answer - Braille, because I'm not good at reading people's faces!!!
