The phrase "in the faith" is not the same as "in Christ". To be "in the faith" is a believer whose state matches their standing in Christ.

Certainly not, but the sermons from the pastor should be geared toward equipping the saints. It is the believers call to go out and preach the gospel to the lost, not bring lost people to church in order to hear the gospel. Every believer should be able to present the gospel of Jesus Christ...

The words of Jesus as was revealed to Paul through an abundance of revelation, truth that was never taught before but was revealed specially to Paul for the church.
