Well, it does make me sore. Just pushing the bike in and out of my shed is a chore since its pushing 300lbs. Everything is a little sore the next day usually. Hope you keep walking. Its one of the best things for overall health.

I've been riding my motorcycle today. A lot of people who have mental things going on or have a lot of stress turn to them for relief. I recommend the TW200, but there are a ton of bikes out there for almost anyone.
