Why so much confusion about salvation?

Notice the word might. He provided a way for all to be saved, but no guarantees that all will avail themselves of it.

What does Paul mean by “women will be saved through childbearing”?

So if a woman decides not to have children for whatever reason, she won't be saved? Faith without works? Is that what you're implying?

What does Paul mean by “women will be saved through childbearing”?

I don't think it's complicated at all. IMO Paul used clumsy grammar. We all do it from time to time. For example using the word they when referring to a singular person who is either male or female - "If that person comes here then they will see what I'm talking about". In this case we have no...

The Lake of Fire-For Members Only

Many people suffer so much they would rather have death than life. Wherefore is light given to him that is in misery, and life unto the bitter in soul; Which long for death, but it cometh not; and dig for it more than for hid treasures; Which rejoice exceedingly, and are glad, when they can...

That's meaningless. If they are obliterated then any shame or remorse is poof! Doesn't mean anything.

The Lake of Fire-For Members Only

If that's true there's no reason to fear GOD. Do you know how many people on earth would love for that to happen - simply cease to exist?

Amazing power of the NT faithful

    This is a joke, right?

Why so much confusion about salvation?

    Me too. I love simplicity.

Why so much confusion about salvation?

Jesus called it work. Believing into Christ is salvation. This is the work of God: that you believe into the one [the father] set apart. John 6:29

What does Paul mean by “women will be saved through childbearing”?

Sure I can see Eve mentioned in the previous verse, but how do you resolve the problematic syntax for an association that I mentioned? And I agree with the unfortunate part. Perhaps GOD intended for the clumsy syntax to preempt the conclusion that that verse refers to either Eve or Mary.

What does Paul mean by “women will be saved through childbearing”?

Linking 1 Timothy 2:15 to Eve's or Mary' childbirth is untenable IMO because it says a woman will be saved (singular) through her childbearing (genitive) if they (women) continue in godly behavior. Obviously neither Eve nor Mary will be saved (in any way) through other women's godly behavior...

What does Paul mean by “women will be saved through childbearing”?

What I meant was that NT verse is not in the LXX. The LXX is the OT; it doesn't have the NT in it. Whatever bible you're reading from is the LXX with an added NT.

What does it mean to live holy?

Keep one's self unspotted from the world in thought and in deed. Amen.

    Revelation 3:5

You're being very partial IMO. Look at the abuse dcon and others throw at Ralph if you are going to criticize Ralph.
