Why most Christians are going to hell?

That's good, it means your Christian. In response to the OP without watching the heretical video: The Bible says that ‘If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us’ (1 John 1:8). It speaks of the fact that until the resurrection we must be at war with sinful...

    Your thoughts on crocs

Back when I was a nurse they didn't have Crocs yet and I wore shoes that were designed for nursing, they were easy to wipe clean and were comfortable being on your feet all day, however, and we're talking this was about 30 years ago, the shoes cost 175 (I remember because I about choked on the...

    I’m Interested in Visiting…

I personally don't like Saint Louis on a good day. About 20 or so years ago we were just driving through going from a. to b. and there was a major accident on the highway so I jumped off in the hope of skirting the problem area as the highway had already been shut down for an hour with me on it...

    I’m Interested in Visiting…

I've never been myself but it shouldn't be any more dangerous than any large city. You may want to have a taser for any just in case scenarios but so long as you stay in a nicer part of town that's within budget I'd say it shouldn't be a bad stay.

Post encouraging/ edifying scripture that has blessed you today😊

If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. Psalm 139:11-12

What is meant when people say 'guns don't kill people; people do'?

There are guns in my house and not one of them have ever gotten up and started shooting anything... It takes a human being to pick up a gun, load the gun and pull the trigger. If a human being picks up a gun with the intent to kill another human being the defect is in the heart of the man...

    Cherry Pickers Anonymous

I'm pretty sure there's someone on this forum who thinks you're doing exactly what you're accusing others of doing. Why not just argue your points and leave the rest to God? A convincing argument will win over those reading. Whining never won anyone...

    Cherry Pickers Anonymous

Most people don't read a wall of text... The layout alone is enough to shut out any thinking person. Try linking to the whole or just mentioning the whole (we all do have Bibles) and then outlining your points in a concise manner... People would read that, and respond in relation to whatever...

I have a soft spot in my heart for:_________ (fill in the blank)

I've never drank alcohol in my life and neither has my parents so alcohol tolerance is something I simply don't have. When my husband and I were first married we went to visit my stepson and his wife and that was the first time met one of my sisters-in-law. Well she wanted to get to know me...

    Your thoughts on jeans

I've never spent more than 50 dollars for a pair of jeans (I'm big on sales), while I'm frequently forced to spend far more on slacks and dresses... so, not that expensive. However, if no one wears them in NZ then why worry about what people in other countries are wearing,? Styles always vary...

    Your thoughts on jeans

Modesty in and of itself is about a.) Not being overtly sexual and b) not showing too much flesh. It's being humble in appearance. In a land where men are accustomed to seeing women in jeans and shorts, a woman in a dress stands out, draws attention to herself and by nature becomes an object of...

    Your thoughts on jeans

At first glance they probably do look similar as the material is generally similar.. But women have hips etc and are generally shaped different than men. Women's jeans are made to accommodate the shape of a woman, and men's likewise are cut to accommodate a man's shape.

    Your thoughts on jeans

My husband is the type of person who never thinks of himself. He spent his entire life doing for others and never doing or thinking of himself. He wore, like 20 year old pants when I met him, and had never even heard of "lounge wear". He actually slept in his clothes.. lol. Didn't even have...
