In what way do you believe God specifically shows his love for unrepentant sinners who are in hell?

It is indeed a bait question. You have a pattern of them, carefully choosing your words and responding critically to everyone. You demonstrate a poor understanding of Scripture, in the same way the Pharisees did. You have much to learn.

Ham saw his father naked, why Noah cursed Canaan (Son of Ham) instead of Ham?

Are you saying Moses was later than Samuel? You might want to check that. With respect to you, that's pretty speculative.

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine,

Um, no. Eve believed the lie of the serpent, but she was called “deceived”, not “sinner”.

Ham saw his father naked, why Noah cursed Canaan (Son of Ham) instead of Ham?

Where is the biblical text to support this, and how does it explain Noah cursing Canaan rather than Ham?

None of them. The word is "canon".

Making a case for women in leadership

It is used as a verb, but in the context of man and woman, it has only one meaning.

Making a case for women in leadership

Adam was not commanded to sweat, but told that he would. He was not commanded to fight thorns and thistles, but told that he would. Similarly, Eve was not commanded to be under subjection to her husband, but rather told that he would rule over her. Indeed, why would God phrase a command to one...

Making a case for women in leadership

The verse you cited is a statement of certain consequence, not a command. Compare it with the following verses stated to Adam. It would be silly for Paul to appeal to that to support the idea that all women should be in submission to all men.

    Answer my question first.

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine,

If you refuse to explain the doctrine that is correct, their condemnation is on your head.

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine,

*Which* doctrine, specifically? Responding with any variation of “all doctrine“ is not acceptable.
  14. Dino246

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine,

    You have some silly ideas.
  15. Dino246

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine,

Actually, it isn’t. The error that permeates Intersection’s posts is the implicit conflation of “all” into the idea of “correct doctrine”. In reality, people can believe some correct doctrines and some incorrect doctrines at the same time… even knowingly. They are in process… as we all are...

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine,

Save your energy and sanity. This guy isn’t going to change his tune and isn’t worth losing your peace.

Making a case for women in leadership

It is not a role in the Church in the same way that elder, deacon, pastor, and teacher are roles.

Making a case for women in leadership

We have one priest in the NT Church: Jesus Christ. “Priest” as a human role in the Church does not exist.

Making a case for women in leadership

Thanks, sincerely. Some of the details warrant follow-up, but the theme is consistent with things I have read.

Making a case for women in leadership

There's no issue in outing a specific individual who has committed a crime (though better to wait until he is convicted), but slandering every person in a category because of the sin of a few is prejudicial, unjust, and possibly illegal.
