I agree. There is no question that the Qur'an is mistaken. The bible is the absolute authority when it comes to all knowledge we can understand about God. There is no other source that is unquestionable.

Not all Muslims are Arabs and not all Arabs are Muslim. Arab is an ethnicity and Arabic is a language. Islam (Muslims) is a religion. The Qur'an just happens to be written in Arabic and is popular in Arab countries but there exists English translations of their Qur'an as well.

You are absolutely mistaken about the Elohim claim as well. Genesis 1:1 uses the plural form of God which would be Gods though it is translated in the singular. The Bible uses the exact same word for both as you see here:
