    predestination vs freewill

It is clear from other related texts that Jesus was speaking of moral inabilitywhen He said no one is able to come unless drawn. . For example, “why do you not believe me, even because you cannot hear my words” and “ how can you believe which seek honor from one another and not the honor that...

did the cross change the nature and ability of natural man When Jesus said “ no man can come to me…unless drawn” was He speaking of ability, permission, or both?

    predestination vs freewill

Is Kidron saying that the nature of natural man was changed after the cross If man was unable to come to Christ unless drawn before the cross, he is unable to come to Christ unless drawn after the cross as well The question presented is what is man able to do without being drawn It is...

You gave God your faith in Christ so He can give you the New Birth? Is that what the great exchange means? What do you have that you were not given?

    predestination vs freewill

Everyone let that sink in…a lot of mss were used to produce the TR that the KJV is based on, (less than 100 though), but only 30 are considered authentic. Meanwhile, Erasmus actually used 7 or 8 Greek mss… While according to Kidron, only 3-4 Greek texts are used for the critical text. ok, then…

So then you still maintain that “ A LOT” of manuscripts were used to produce the TR, ( post 798) yet only 30 are considered authentic? ( post 767)

They do not only read the reported posts, but also the context. And when you corrected me, I admitted my mistake. So if you have to be infallible, I guess I’ll be banned You on the other hand have made numerous accusations with no basis.

I was very patient while you broke the rules numerous times. You are a flagrant violater. Maybe I’m lucky and they won’t ban me for making a mistake and misreading you and afterward admitting I was wrong when you corrected me.

Less than 100 mss is a strange answer to give when you believe in only 30 extant mss, unless you think the TR is full of errors. And also strange, seeing you claim to be a seminary trained textual critic, and don’t know how many texts Erasmus used. And the Critical text used a lot more than...

I guess 7-8 is less than 100. But I thought “ less than 100” was rather a strange answer.

I never said anything about “originals” So you still maintain only 30 extant Greek manuscripts? What is your source(s) for this claim?

Btw, Erasmus used, was it 7 or 8, Greek texts?

Did you say that only 30 Greek manuscripts are considered authentic in the post above? So where did I lie in post 823?

    predestination vs freewill

Did you not say that there are 30 extant Greek texts and when pressed did you not say you were talking about “ that are considered authentic”? And more than 3-4 mss are used. Look at the footnotes in your Greek NT.
