I am not in the profession of proving, I am going on what I saw. I see intent, with having heard the other officer saying "he doesn't have a pulse" and the officer still kneeled on his neck (I think it was another 3 minutes) but again it's an opinion only. I also saw a picture of Keith Ellison...

That is the question of the day, I believe they should be charged but the family seems to be pushing this. I have wondered also if something happens against what they want my goodness I cannot even begin to imagine what will happen.

Personally I think they should be charged, what the three did {by not doing anything to stop the officer from kneeling on his neck} I think was wrong, and the officer that kneeled on his neck was totally WRONG just my belief.
