Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Sad to say, i currently won't be looking to you for advice on that. Not saying that's a forever thing but at the moment, i 'm mulling over a few questions about you in my mind. EDIT: Cheers for saying the last part, have had loads of positive discussion with many here but this thread has...

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Sorry GWH, my opinion of you is different now and hell will freeze over before i actually help anyone derail my post further. I have posted on many threads recently, ask me a question on one of them, i don't want to actually think ill of you.

Has anyone suffered from religious OCD?

Hmm, another derailed thread, so many seem more in love with bullying people who disagree with them, than they do with spiritual discussion.

How Do You React When God Tells You Hard Things (or Allows Difficult Things to Happen?)

Hope all's good and hugs dear friend, wondering if you might like to post a thread, outlining/demonstrating your production of a panel occasionally? Seriously doubt i'm the only one who'd really enjoy such an activity session, similar thinking behind my hoping to get a film club going. Know...

How Do You React When God Tells You Hard Things (or Allows Difficult Things to Happen?)

This is my favourite forum friend, many real, caring posts where people can talk about what troubles them and find real Christian love and concern. There are a few threads here where people are genuinely interested and care, seoulsearch and snacker'smom post great threads for sure.

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Forgot to say the malice on my post too, some don't like discussion and seek to make it a blood sport instead.

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

This is a straw man point of view which i have answered many times throughout this thread. Like your misinterpretation of free will, it would be understandable if i misinterpreted all the many posters, who like you, have posted the same question over and over. I'm sick and tired of answering it...

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

That can be misconstrued, meant as in made me laugh, not as in laughing at.

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

What on earth made me say brussel sprout? i hate them!

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Don't have any and not just because i'm veggie. However, free will and choice are not the same at all, choice is a stage in enacting free will but in the same way as saying a brussel sprout is a dinner. Choice is an ingredient, free will is the whole enchilada, only the Lord has free will.

Reread and grinning ear to ear, it's funny nice one GWH!

How Do You React When God Tells You Hard Things (or Allows Difficult Things to Happen?)

I'm crying not cos i'm sad but that's such a beautiful, wise thing to say. Sadly, there are many people who i think of as the jobsworth type on these forums, you are one of those who can see the beauty and magic. Think this thread could do with a helping hand from people who frequent seoul and...

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Oh glory! Disappointing stuff from you but must admit, i'm not surprised, saw the possibility. As i've said to you many times, including just a couple of days ago, you conflate choice with free will. The only being who can execute their choices unilaterally is the Lord, the created can't unless...

Has anyone suffered from religious OCD?

Sorry about all the editing, doing too many things at one time.

Has anyone suffered from religious OCD?

I'm not actually bipolar but experience more extreme fluctuations than most, almost certainly due to troubling events when very young. That list literally sums up how i fret about things when i'm on a real downer, i'm pretty new to strong belief too. At first, i very much felt God wouldn't...

How Do You React When God Tells You Hard Things (or Allows Difficult Things to Happen?)

Blessings and love for sharing your story sweetheart, i didn't experience the grief and pain like you have but we definitely have some similar experiences. My youngest son is stopping the weekend and will be waking up soon but i will have more to say soon, God's blessings and hugs from me for now.

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

What makes you a troll i don't find amusing or interesting, is your lack of imagination and creativity. You're just unpleasant and far too predictable, decent example being the above post of yours. You waited some hours until you hoped i was out of the way, probably hoping i might have lost...

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

You can't stop trolling, you're addicted to it. What do you not understand about the simple fact that you haven't posted in any thread but this one, since Feb 19?

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Bless you and burst out laughing but i must say, that's conflating choice with free will. I think we have agency and choice but the only one who has free will is the BIG GUY upstairs, he's the only one who can do what he wants unilaterally. Us created need tacit approval or help unless it...

Can We Really Exercise Free Will?

Nothing, nor did i imply it did. You need to sort your trolling addiction mate, you don't have a good enough memory for it.
