    Not By Works

I can see where God allowing us free will includes the free will for us to walk away, thus revoking the gift of salvation. That said, God remains faithful even when we are not, so it can be argued biblically that our choice is indeed restrained. Thank God He knows best. 😊

Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

My first Red X. Earned by defending grace through faith. I’ll wear it as a badge of honor.

Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

Only if one has faith in Jesus is one washed by His blood. Putting one’s faith in their own works, hence in one’s self, in order to maintain salvation is not having faith in Jesus.

Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

Abiders in the law don’t abide perfectly thus the abiding is moot. Exhibit A is the lack of love displayed all too often from law abiders throughout various posts.

Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

It’s sad that the ones who turn to their own works of perdition, refer to those who lean solely on Jesus and his saving grace as tares. The workers are so far removed from the truth that I fear for them.

Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

One has to trust their rescuer in order to surrender to him. John 14:1-7 instilled the trust I needed, and the peace of God has been upon me ever since. To God be the glory.

    How to Drive?

Posted speed limits, whether maximum or minimum, are predicated on the conditions permitting safe driving. You can actually be ticketed for doing the posted speed limit if conditions are not permitting. I’m used to scenario A, and I roll with the 70mph crowd. Scenario B? I ain’t driving.

So fed up can't handle this much more!

I used to feel the same way. John 14:1-7 brought me the peace I needed and desired. I pray God’s peace remains on you always.

    If Perchance Catholicism Is Mistaken

I find it interesting that God was very active among the Jewish people. He provided signs and miracles, brought forth Commandments and corresponded with Moses and prophets who all spoke of the coming of the Messiah. Jesus enters the world, brings teachings who’s enlightenment surpasses anything...

    Two Abortions and No Regrets:

I want the faith you have, and I say that respectfully and sincerely because where I am in life at this moment, I have no problem belittling and chastising mouthpieces of infanticide. That said, make no mistake, I do indeed pray for such people. God has obviously turned around even the most...

Why do so many Christians end up in Hell?

Christians have salvation regardless of what you’re trying to put forth. If you want a terroristic god who breaks promises then embrace Islam.

Why do so many Christians end up in Hell?

I apologize for interjecting and am not speaking for anyone else. But it can be argued that people who rely on themselves to “maintain” their salvation, in fact do not have faith in Jesus, hence the proposition that such folks may not be saved. It is my prayer that people with even just the...
