Aside from the four Fs, I enjoy music(rock, metal and some classical), movies(thriller, mystery and action) and reading.

When it comes to fitness, you don't need to exercise as if you're preparing for the Olympics. Some simple cardio like walking and body weight calisthensics a few times a week can do a lot for one's health.

This virus is VERY serious. A nursing home near my town had 65 deaths from covid. Another had 45 deaths. Almost everyone I know has a friend, family member or co-worker that has been hospitalized or perished from this "bug".

Many were expecting that Trump contracting covid would diminish his hubris...quite the opposite has happened.
