Not true. Read some history. Before modernism the communities through the church took care of the poor. And imagine that the church grew because of it. Also do the numbers. The Church in America does more for the poor world wide than all the countries put together. The temple is a non sequitur.

Yeah, my brother moved half way across the country in the early 90s because he met a girl on line. They dated for a while. She had already met the guy and didnt want to tell you. She was going out there to give this guy a try, and was keeping you as a back up plan.
